A friend of mine too shy to post her experience was BREASTFEEDING at this clinic and was body shamed by a staff member. When she reported to the doctor , the doctor than reported it to the head nurse that went back and made a joke again to my friend!!! totally unacceptable from medical professionals. This happened today. She reported it to HR but I just want to let more mommas know. BEWARE!!
My previous experience was great however the service has been going down hill. I'm been contemplating to seek for another denver health location since the service in front is rude and they act like patients should please them.
Everything about this place except Dr. Navarro and the nursing staff is terrible. I’ve had billing issues for over 10 months in which they are overcharging both insurances (I’ve received EOB from both and they both paid more than Denver health claims). Yet Denver health refuses to correct the charges on my account or admit they are scamming insurance. Impossible to talk to anyone with any power over the phone. They don’t respond on MyChart. Prescriptions are sent incorrectly, and not corrected even after numerous messages through mychart. The list goes on…
As someone who usually hates going to the doctors office, my experience at the Denver Park Hill location was a sigh of relief! Dr. Hulings is the best- I immediately felt comfortable & safe in her care. The staff was kind, thorough, and pretty quick! I am so grateful to have found this clinic & would recommend it to anyone!
I had 9a and 9:15a immunizations appointments for my two kids. We arrived to find out that there is only one vaccine for the two kids. They didn't even have a full day to run out of vaccines. None of the Denver Health facilities are convenient for where we live but like our pediatrician. We scheduled several weeks out so we could get both the kids in on a Monday. A call before we left or even a day or two before would have been a great courtesy. Getting to this facility is not easy for us. We get to try this again. A simple phone call could have saved me hours of time.
its so difficult to get hold on office staff, they leave earlier than office hours, no one pickes up the phone during office hours. Dr's are not writing back in my chart. Questions about Labs remain unanswered. They leave you out in rain. And it seames they dont care about neither you nor your health.
This clinic canceled my appointment the day of with no notice. Apparently a doctor resigned and they did not attempt to assign me to another doctor at the clinic. I notified the therapist that i took time off work for this and asked the receptionist to assist me with being seen today and they were lackluster about helping me. No recommendations no assistance. I took time off work and this is for an urgent matter. I was told by Denver Health that the next appointment was another month away. I’m not feeling like I am getting my money’s worth in this health care system. I had Kaiser Permanente last year and this never happened. Very different models of healthcare but how this situation was handled felt very unprofessional. Contacting a patient advocate. I would say I’m never coming back to Denver Health but they have my MRI and are making it hard for other providers out of their network to view. Feeling stuck and in pain.
To start, my blood pressure was 120/50 to which the nurse replied "it's USUALLY nothing". I've had my vitals read a lot and this is the first time it's ever read that low. Highly concerning that it COULD be something. "Usually" denotes that sometimes it IS something. My first visit went so well and my second matches with the more negative reviews here. Highly disappointed. Only difference with this visit was me telling about my mental health history and felt brushed off after that when asking about health concerns that are very serious to me. Just told "it's probably this or probably not that". The end. "Probably" isn't a final word that should be coming from your doctor. I really hate to think I wasn't taken seriously after divulging about my mental health. How many people have been brushed off only to suffer something they were rightly concerned about and came to their doctor with here. If I wanted to know what something "probably was" I would've just used google but instead I spent the majority of a day off in the doctors office. Dangerous practices! I wrote this months ago and never posted. Now I don't have health insurance and my physical health has declined so much that I can barely walk anymore. Don't let your doctor tell you something is "Probably" not something. I wish I had pushed harder for the testing I asked for now.
In the past, I’ve had a good experience with the doctors here. However, I just called to make an appointment and the woman who answered hung up on me. What was shocking was how purposeful it was, I had just asked if an alternative provider was available to meet sooner and she replied, have a good day ma’am and ended the call.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
