I only came to this location because my baby was sick and was the only one with available appointments but never again . The customer service was pretty good and the nurse that showed us the room and took height etc was nice. I don’t think any of my questions were answered and I left there wondering why I came in the first place !!!! My main complaint is the room we were in was dirty . Like no one cleans or cares about the people at this location. No one cleans the rooms after patients, they didn’t even trade out the white sheet they put on the beds (after my sick son laid on it ). I know because the nurse brought other patients into the room after our appointment, she didn’t realize we were still in the room . That’s disgusting and the reason why they say kids get worse after visiting hospital/doctors not better . Maybe the nurses and doctors are understaffed but those people who come to that location deserve better.
This pharmacy sucks
I had an unfortunate experience at Denver Westside Clinic. The staff members are consistently rude, making each visit unpleasant. Especially at the pharmacy. I consider myself an overly nice person so I don’t understand the rude tones with the staff members. Getting my prescription refilled felt like jumping through unnecessary hoops, adding unnecessary stress. Unfortunately I have had to suffer through withdraws due to prescription refill issues multiple times in a row. Moreover, my interactions with the doctor were far from enjoyable. Improvement in staff attitudes and streamlining prescription processes would significantly enhance the overall patient experience. The one positive experience I’ve had was at the women's clinic. The doctor was truly exceptional, providing excellent care and addressing all my concerns with expertise and compassion. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, making my time there genuinely pleasant.
The doctor I saw was amazing and very compassionate, she was truly wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone. The waiting room felt like a subway station. Maybe ditch the bench seats and provide patients with actual chairs? I’m no expert but UC Health felt like an actual healthcare facility in comparison to this. Once in the patient care area everything was very clean and up to date.

Front desk has no clue as to what they're doing.
Kinda felt discriminated against at this pharmacy. They blatantly let someone cut in front of me (im a transwoman).

The reason for the low score is because adult medicine front desk is always rude. The latest is someone called julieca or something like that. She kept saying over and over "no you can't speak to a nurse,no you can't speak with a nurse" all while speaking over me every time I tried to say something. So so rude !! I was suffering with covid at this time and after my call with this person I just cried !! She did not help and only made my pain and agony worse. I been going here for many years and my kids went here. I'm an elder and I was so disrespected!! She should not work with sick people who need help not disregard.
Great service

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
