Denver Health Webb Family And Internal Medicine Clinic's Online Review Report Card

Words cannot express how wonderful of a Doctor Katherine Rosen is. She was so kind, she listened, and helped with every issue I brought up. Her smile never left her face, and she made me feel very welcomed and relaxed. She is how every Doctor should be, and what every patient wants in a doctor!!

I'm not a person that leaves a review unless I really really love the thing I am reviewing so that's why I'm here. As an individual on medicaid I have had a nightmare experience in the past with several Healthcare professionals. The only reason I decided to see a doctor again and go to Denver Health was due to the severity of my symptoms. My doctor here is the first primary care physician I've had that I can tell actually cares about treating me as a person. He's truly listened to every little worry and concern even if most of them were totally normal things. Living with chronic pain and mental illness is hard. Having a doctor rooting you on and that celebrates the little wins with you really makes a difference. I'm now confident that I can actually get my health under control. Can not reccomend them enough!

I believe that Denver Health has been systematically lying to patients and clinicians about prescriptions filled at the Webb Clinic pharmacy for many years. When doctors at the clinic write a prescription I'll need that day, they invariably tell me that it will be sent to the pharmacy with the notation that I am waiting for it (so that it is prioritized ahead of others). What actually happens is that the pharmacy ignores such requests and does not begin to fill prescriptions until after patients show up at the window and ask for them. Yesterday, I made an appointment, had been seen, and had a prescription written and sent to the pharmacy by about 10AM; at about 1PM, I went back to the pharmacy hoping to be able to pick up my prescription. Forty-five minutes later, when my number was finally called, I was asked if I wanted to wait for my prescription; it had not been filled. I was told it would take another 15 minutes; about a half-hour later and four-and-a-half hours after the prescription had been transmitted to the pharmacy, I finally received it. Something similar has happened every time medications have been prescribed to me at the Webb Clinic -- the pharmacy apparently has a policy of not filling prescriptions until patients appear physically and request them and this policy is not disclosed to patients or to clinicians. Maladministration this dire must negatively affect other aspects of medical care at Denver Health, though all the doctors I have seen there have seemed competent and I've been happy with their performance.

Don’t even bother. I have run out of my medication for the 4th month in a row and I can’t ever get a hold of my doctor or anyone who can do anything to help me. Doctors don’t listen to you or take you seriously. I’m always waiting at least 15 minutes for my appointment to start. No compassion or competence to be found here.
