List of Denver Mental Health Collective's Reviews
I got declined services here because i’m too at risk and when I ask for help finding where to go they were also no help and the therapist didn’t even know my name. Don’t send your loved ones here this place is ridiculous.
Their cancellation policy is overwhelmingly inhuman. They also keep your bank account information on file and automatically charge you the unmentioned 95.00 cancellation policy without request or verbal or written authorization, regardless of cancellation. When I wrote Jenna to tell her to take my card information out of their system and complain about the cancellation policy, I never received a return email. The therapist I worked with was great until I needed to reschedule due to illness and asked to switch to a virtual visit, which she did not reply to but was happy to bill a cancellation for. I was more than accommodating when she asked to do the same for one of our visits when she was not feeling well and wanted me to accommodate her. When I contacted the office to ask Jenna to cancel the remainder of my appointments and inform her of what happened, I was again met with no response and a nasty return email from my therapist for voicing my displeasure with being informed of being billed a cancellation fee. In short, they’re great….until they’re not. Won’t be recommending to anyone.
I would recommend them. I encourage friends/ family to try mental health providers till you find one that feels right. I met with Sarah Hall and I love her listening skills, her background in mental health, her openness, she has helped me so much already, so I just wanted to leave a quick note to help others. Remember to open yourself up, you should never feel judged. :)
I am still confused about my experience with DMHC. Communications with Jenna were spotty - but we were still able to schedule our first 'interview' session w a child psychology fairly quickly. Following the interview I received notice after a couple of days that I had not paid for the invoice for that initial meeting. Went to the portal to pay the invoice where I noticed there were duplicate accounts for my different kids and that the invoice she had mentioned had the wrong payee name. Asked for un updated invoice - did not get a response so i went ahead and paid for the invoice (even though the invoice payee name was still wrong). Immediately after I started reaching out to Jenna and the psychologist inquiring about regular times to meet with my son. I sent 3 or 4 emails in the span of 2 weeks and received no response what so ever. My attempts to schedule a session for my daughter also did not bear fruits, and my attempts to get recommendations for that situation also went unanswered. I feel frustrated and uncared, and I am only giving 2 stars because my initial 'interview' meeting with the psychology went well. He seemed very professional, ethical, and caring.
Therapists are all super friendly and highly skilled.
Denver Mental Health Collect, take most insurance’s & have great therapists!
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! They went ahead and charged me a 100 dollars for an appointment I was trying to get in contact about , but all you get is voice-mail when you call. Tried to contact my therapist directly; "EMAIL DOES NOT EXIST". Is this even a real business. These people are not here to help. Just a warning ⚠️
My experience with Denver Mental Health Collective is that their scheduling person is stellar. It seems that some of the reviews were written before Jenna started. While you might still be on a waitlist for a therapist who will be skilled in the services you need, Jenna is responsive to inquiries timely. My best advice is to fill out all of the computer forms when you’re first contacted by Jenna. This way, when an appropriate therapist has openings, you can be scheduled for an intake appointment without any delay. The therapists are highly skilled in their individual specialties and the practice takes many different insurances. I have had a positive experience here.
Great Experience. had to switch clinicians early on which was inconvenient but understandable. had an appointment scheduled within 3 weeks. No issues with Insurance.
I've had two therapists here and both have been wonderful. It was quick and easy to get in with the kinds of therapists I needed to work with. After a year, I have had no issues with this practice whatsoever. They have been very helpful with everything.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
