The care that I have received from Dr.Parks has been outstanding. I should have had my knee replacement surgery long before I did. It has been a stress free recovery thanks to Dr. Parks and Midtown Surgical Center.

Dr. Parks is great: excellent surgeon, conservative re options, amazing follow up with phone calls, very personable. Denver Surgery Center staff: friendly, efficient, supportive. Western Ortho staff: friendly. Some assistants seem understaffed and are slow to respond to voice mails and referrals. Pre op instructions are clear. For knee surgeries, in addition to a walker or crutches, you should also suggest having on hand a raised commode seat w. arms, an ice machine, and extra pairs of anti-embolism stockings [so you have a spare when washing out the originals]. Thanks!

Dr. Parks is the best for hip replacements. His experience/knowledge and excellent bedside manor put me at ease and my recovery is better than expected.

Dr. Parks is a wonderful surgeon and has an excellent bedside manner. The only misdirection was a recommendation for an outside PT, which was not close to my home. Eventually, I found one that was. Otherwise, I have been very pleased with the experience.

Dr. Parks has been my ortho doc for 20+ years, both knees and my right hip, original replacement and a revision after a fall damaged the artificial joint. All have been successful. Dr. Parks and his medical team both Pre and after surgery are the best. They are all very conscious of a patients needs and very helpful. Dr. Parks also replaced a knee for my 94 year old mother. The procedure took her out of a wheelchair and gave her a the ability to walk again. She is now 96 and going strong.
