Appointment on time always. Had a little trouble getting timely post arthroscopy appointment, but did succeed. Dr. parks gave excellent explanations of surgery.

Dr. Parks was amazing from the first meeting all the way through the after care. He takes the time to explain everything and is very friendly and welcoming! I had knee surgery and I would highly recommend Dr. Parks for anyone who needs such a procedure to do the same.

I felt fully informed about what to expect in my knee replacement. Dr Parks was realistic about the challenges and expectations and I appreciated the materials about the surgery I received 6 weeks prior. At 5 weeks following the surgery I had an issue with one of the stitches and he was available to do the minor repair without an appt.

Dr. Parks is fantastic. He's been treating me for shoulder and knee issues for the last few years. Always answering my questions and giving me good advice. Never pushing me toward surgery. When I was ready for rotator cuff surgery he did a great job. I trust him completely. He's also a pleasure to work with. Super friendly and compassionate. I couldn't recommend him more highly
