Cannot comment on the care. This office is impossible to get a hold of and when I did, was on hold for way too long. Then availability was booked out months in advance

Very Smart Knowledgeable Caring Professional Everything I hoped for but didn’t think it was possible to find in 2023. Dr Ho actually talked to me without looking at his watch! Old-fashioned patient comes first doctoring. The best.

I have been with Dr. HO for many years. He is the epitomy of what I want in a doctor-excellent care, patient, thorough, caring, friendly and intelligent! He even calls on weekend days to inform me of lab tests!! Excellent doctor assistants. They have gone through front desk changes but still meet my needs! EXCELLENT doctor!!

Dr. Ho became my PCP upon retirement of my former Dr. He was highly recommended by him and two other specialists I have. No wonder, He is the most thorough, informative and kind Dr. He calls with test results and answers any questions that I (you) may have. His staff and PA Lindsey are also superb. It is fortunate to have Dr. Ho as your physician. Sonja is back as office manager so all is excellent again

For years Dr. Ho's office ran like clockwork, not any longer. I was told his shared office doctor, fired the best switchboard operator ever in my existence with doctor's offices. Sonja, a real peach, efficient, fast, caring and a 'people person', and they let her get away, shameful. It is now almost impossible to make an appointment, as I did this morning, after many calls, and waiting on hold for much too long. I will look for another office to visit for my primary care, this is becoming too time consuming and tiresome. Oh, and two visits ago, about a year ago, and we all are use to waiting past our appointment time, I waited in the ante room for 30 minutes past my appointment time, and then waited another HOUR in the examination room to see the doctor. This isn't good practice.

Dr. Ed has been my PCP for many a year. Straight shooter, he pulls no punches, which is just how I want it. Very grateful to Ed and his staff for putting up with my stoopidity all these years. ???
