What stood out to me is that they put a credit card service fee on top of the co-pay, and did so in a manner that appeared to me to be out of compliance with Colorado law, specifically SENATE BILL 21-091. Never before have I gotten such a fee from a medical practice.

She was able to take me the same day I booked and appointment with her. She spends time with you to explain your skin condition and the risks associated with it. She even looked at my skin with a magnifying glass. And got treated immediately.

Dr. Robinson and her MA were welcoming and kind. I would have preferred to meet the Doctor as a new patient still dressed however she made the full skin check quick & easy. She explained details whenever I had a question. I will continue to see her and will happily recommend her to others.

Dr Robinson does not listen, and she does not know what she is doing cosmetically. She ruined my face for me wedding and of course for many months. Her office stated that she had injectables that she did not have, even though i called to confirm the day of my appointment. She injected me in the wrong places and the results were awful. I tried calling to see if anything could be done and she was impossible to reach, even after my sending three physical letters as well. Then she finally called me and promised a refund but disappeared without issuing same and it has been many months since. AWFUL.
