Dr Reader has been soo very helpful through my journey this year, she makes sure all my questions are always answered, she follows up when she says she will and she makes sure I’m getting the best care possible. I really feel she really listens to the issues I’m having and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you!

When I arrived I was not given any past medical history form to fill out. I went through the entire encounter, got prescribed a medication and left the office without the doctor even asking about my past medical history or drug allergies. About 2 hours later I got a call saying they didn't have this information and needed it from me. This is exactly what leads to medical errors. The fact that both the doctor and nurse did not even question that they did not have my medical history or drug allergies is insane. What if I was allergic to the drug they prescribed? What if a medical condition I had was a contributing factor to what I was experiencing today? In addition, as soon as the doctor walked in she was rushing and ready to get out. I got to ask one question and then she rushed out the door - I had a couple other questions that I never got to ask.
