The Family Care Center is our golden egg. We enjoy every visit to therapy. From arrival the admin team at the front desk is beyond kind and helpful. As for our therapy: our little one has a wonderful connection to his “friend”/therapist Mr. Lee. Our guy feels heard and is comfortable with him. He has shown slow but consistent growth through this therapy. It is providing resources we are able to incorporate into his and our lives after we leave each session. We’re beyond grateful for this wonderful haven.

Very grateful for the caring support of my provider Shannon. She listens to my struggles and responds in a thoughtful manner. When I am burdened with depression, a session with her helps me see a wet of light. I would highly recommend the Family Care Center provider network.

I really wanted to work with one of the therapists here, he checked all of my boxes as far as qualifications and specialties. The intake person on the phone was incredibly unhelpful and rude, so I didn't even get an initial appointment with him. I have very specific needs as I'm autistic, and she was trying to put me in with a random provider which I had done no research on. If their intake has no understanding of why someone would want to book with a particular provider, that's a huge red flag to me.

I'm a caregiver, I accompany my person to the Lowry location several days a week. Tiona at the front desk is always polite, smiling and plays great listening music, I always find myself bopping my head or silently singing lyrics as I wait for my person. Every staff member appears to love their job here... keep up the good mood and great vibes!

I had a wonderful experience at the Lowry location for receiving TMS treatment for depression and anxiety. The technicians are insightful and caring. They eased me into my first session when I was nervous about starting treatment and continued attentive care at every session until the end. Overall, I highly recommend.
