Haley Burke was 35 minute to the appt, didn’t apologize for being late, didn’t introduce herself, and probably had the worst bedside manner I’ve experienced. She provided absolutely no insight into two major neurological issues I’ve been having.

Have had mailman that have cared more then her. She seemed to rush me in and out. Had no clue about my disease seemed to careless. Blames the patient for the pain. Then told she is leaving the Practice ..

After having a procedure done by her, I was told her office would contact me within 3 days for follow-up and if they didn't,I should call. I had an important question to ask, and after 2 weeks and 7 calls with messages left, she and her staff have never returned my calls. Not even once. I have caller I.D. and if someone from her office had called, it would be on there. This is such a terrible way to treat a patient. I would never, ever recommend her to anyone.

After I had a procedure done, I received a post-procedure sheet of information, which stated that someone would call within 3 days to see how I was doing. Nobody called.. It has been 27 days. I have called and left 6 messages at various times, as I had a question concerning the procedure. Nobody has ever returned my calls. That is a terrible way to treat a patient. No, I would never recommend her to anyone.

I was referred to Dr. Burke after numerous efforts to manage symptoms from CRPS and nerve damage from spinal problems (multi-level fusion, diseconomy, etc). I'm both pro-active and research-oriented about my health/treatment and Dr. Burke has been open to my actively participating and addresses ALL my questions. She's always been straight-forward and empathetic with me and I've never felt rushed. I've drastically decreased the medications I was taking and my symptoms are much better now. :)
