I recently had a couple of procedures done on my eyes and going into any kind of surgery can be a little nerve-racking. But I must say my two pre-op nurses Shay and Leslie we're just nothing short of amazing! They made me feel so comfortable which is huge especially when you're going into surgery all by yourself. Thank you Ladies❤

Had to cancel eye surgery today (Monday). Found out late Friday afternoon I would have to pay over $2,000 day of surgery. Was not brought up at pre-op the Monday before. Harvard Park would not give me an Itemized Invoice even though they had the amount I owed down to the last penny. Waiting to discuss insurance technicalities with a patient should not be done in a quick, un-caring manner by phone Friday afternoon or day of surgery. This surgery has been scheduled since September 20th!

Very professional, very nice, extremely concentered if I had any questions and if was comfortable. I only have one small complaint. They did not provide hospital socks so when I went to the bathroom with my regular socks on, I almost fell twice. This is such a small complaint considering how great they are in every other area. Thank you Harvard Park Surgery Center for getting me through my procedure quickly, easily, and in the least amount of pain!

I had cataracts removed from my right and left eyes. I informed the staff that I have had reaction to the standard surgical tapes. I needed to use a hypoallergenic surgical tape to avoid a skin rash. That was not provided for the eye covers that I had to wear at night, so I ended up with a skin rash. It took a good week after ending the eye covers to clear up. I would recommend that the proper surgical tape be provided in the future.

I had both eyes surgeries thru Harvard Park Surgery Center over several months. At all times I was thoroughly impressed with not only the results but with all of the staff / professionals that I had interactions with on site, over the phone and in subsequent follow-ups. Professional, kind, caring, concerned that you receive only the best, warm, made me feel welcome and well cared for. Many kind regards and a huge thank you to everyone - seen and behind the scenes who assisted me. This week I had my second cataract surgery at Harvard Park. In summary it was excellent. They were kind, non-rushed, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Only had to try once to get my IV going. Nice warm blanket. Talked about me and made sure I knew what treatment I was in for, etc. Both doctors came in and talked to me before the surgery. Check-in was easy. I would recommend this surgery center! Absolutely.Mike
