List of Hca Healthone Aspen Medical Group - Central Park's Reviews
I'm bummed to leave this review. I really like Dr. Samolivich, she always took my concerns seriously and was proactive. This practice, however, is a mess. Twice they have mis-billed my insurance resulting in huge bills because they come out as me being uninsured. They even insisted by telling me that I am not insured or I needed a referral to see my primary care doctor (I am insured and I do not need that referral, as they also learned). Even after I thought we resolved it the first time, I am still showing that I have a balance due on that bill. Once the second bill for a separate visit came and I reached out, I never heard back. At first the practice manager seemed really helpful but once the second bill came and the balance of the first was never resolved, she disappeared or message was never passed along. You can't even contact the practice manager directly, you have to call during business hours and hopefully get transferred to her. Beware, especially if you use any Tricare plan, this office has no idea how to properly bill it. You will waste months going back and forth with them (or not getting responses) and to have to leave a doctor you like because they can't bill your insurance correctly and you get stuck trying to reach them. Don't waste your time and effort, just go to literally any other office which can correctly work with insurance.
The clinic was okay but I felt like all my symptoms were not taken seriously. and what made me really not want to go back was the rude receptionist named Nancy whom claimed to be one of the managers, that answered my phone call on Friday August 23rd 2024 at 12:15 pm. I had called in to ask if I could switch to a different provider but Nancy told me that the provider I was requesting was not accepting new patients so I told her okay can I just cancel the appointment I had set up please and Nancy said are you sure you don’t want to just set up an appointment with a different doctor I said no thank you I have another doctor at a different clinic in mind that I will go to and Nancy replied with “oh so you’re just going to go to a different clinic and forget about us? Okay bye” and she hung up on me so I called back and tried asking for a manager but She was very rude she would not let me talk she kept talking over me and then hung up on me 2 more times I called again to talk to a manager to complain about how rude she was to me and then she put me on hold and then hung up on me again and put me on a block list and my calls will not go through anymore.
I don’t see a doctor often only on extreme situations and I have to repeat information back to make sure I am understanding correctly. Now, giving an attitude is really unappreciated especially when I am confused and concerned about something. English is not my first language Or even second, and if you will be giving me medical terms that I do not know yes I will repeat myself. No, I will not return here. I only ask that you email me all my findings. -to the front desk 03/20/24 14:00 Thank you.
This place is a joke! I had a confirmed appointment and showed up for it on time. The very rude, unintelligent, and remarkably unhelpful front desk attendant told me that I booked it wrong, when all I did was answer all of the questions asked on their appointment portal and was given this appointment time. She told me that she left a voicemail telling me that my appointment was somehow wrong, but there was not one in my VMs on my phone - guess she is also a liar. She then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t intend to discuss it with me further - again, this was my fault, apparently. I will NEVER use this provider again - there are plenty of doctors in Denver who have integrity and keep appointments with their patients.
I go here only for premier but I always have an easy and respectful time. I don't think I've ever interacted with a male doctor here which is honestly something I appreciate
I went in for my second Shingles vaccination. It was one of the first times that I didn’t need to fill out 6 pages of medical history which always frustrated me since I’ve been a patient for over 10 years. It is much appreciated. I had a medical person Patty giving me the injection, easy going and very friendly. Overall an enjoyable experience.
I had a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly, fun, professional. I always feel taken care of. Thank you to Emily, Dawn & especially Dr. Bowers.💕
Professional group, knowledgeable, friendly, clean office, friendly staff, wonderful experience
Timely appointment, pleasant staff. Professional and informative care.
Great customer service here at the 4500 East 9th location.. Nice friendly professional service team from the registration desk to the medical assistant and the nurse practitioner. Felt very relaxed and could express my concerns and be heard. Wait time was very short but actual visit with the NP was not rushed and there was enough time to go through any questions needed to be addressed. My nurse practitioner, Maryem was very proactive in suggesting further diagnostic testing and providing resources that would be within my insurance plan. This was my first visit and I was made to feel I had been a long time on going patient. I believe I have made the right choice with Aspen Medical Group.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
