While I LOVE the Dr.s + nurses who work here (especially Dr Ferrara) the administration is an absolute nightmare. Calling them back for scheduling mishaps, you are likely on the phone for atleast an hour. Tons of my calls have been dropped as well, triggering me to do the same process again. Additionally, even if you book your appointment months in advance, they will call you a day before after you have already taken off work to tell you that they can’t accommodate your appointment because you are 1 day prior to a year out. There should be a trigger in the system to share this information WHEN YOU BOOK THE APPT. so the customer is not having to do the math themselves. It makes no sense.
We saw Midwife Mallory Otto-Brown for our 2nd birth and had a really great personal and supportive experience with her. We switched to this office because we wanted to deliver at Rose and that was a great choice for us too. Thank you for an amazing experience and delivering our bubbly happy baby boy to us!
…..NEVER answer their phones. This is beyond frustrating. Mondays aren’t longer wait times . Mondays are just to waste your time calling. Ridiculous
I am apart of a group for Women of Color in Denver that often shares a network of doctors they are comfortable with or they feel provide affirming care. A few women mentioned they had an amazing experience with Dr. Erin Ferrara and my regular OB is always booked out so I scheduled appointment to see Dr. Erin Ferrara which was over a month out. I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment and could not locate the building. Once I realized I had 15 minutes to check in I called their office multiple times to get help. No one answered and no one called. The valet at the hospital, another specialty office and a nearby OB/GYN office in another building attempted to help. One office even calling as a provider to help me but also unable to get through. I am physically disabled, have POTS and ended up in crisis from all of the running and flights of stairs. Ironically, I got an automated message cancelling my appointment 15 minutes after I was scheduled. I ended up in tears at my car. My entire nervous system is taxed. I cannot attest to the experience with the Dr. herself. worst experience I’ve ever had with an OB/GYN office. In a last ditch effort, I did call the office for the fourth time and was on hold for fifteen minutes before someone answered. While they assisted there was no empathy, which was off putting…the entire experience was overwhelming. If you are disabled physically or have invisible disabilities that might impact your ability to find their office on your own ; you should bring someone with you to assist if you truly want to be seen here otherwise I would recommend a different OB/GYN nearby. The lack of empathy for the situation as a whole from the clinic is indirectly representative of the experience and doctor in and of itself. I hope others have a better experience.
Laura Sweeney and Mallory Brown are incredible midwives! Extremely caring, knowledgeable, professional. I would highly recommend them for your health and wellbeing.
My provider was so wonderful. I don’t want to go anywhere else!
As first-time parents, we could not have asked for a better midwife than Laura with MileHigh OBGYN & Midwifery. She was incredibly supportive, communicative, and caring throughout our entire pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum experience. Laura took the time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions, and reassure us every step of the way. She truly went above and beyond — even staying after her workday ended to deliver our baby. Her deep knowledge, calm presence, and genuine compassion made us feel safe, confident, and supported during one of the most important moments of our lives - our experience was exceptional because of her. We are endlessly grateful for Laura and highly recommend her to any expecting parents, especially those navigating birth for the first time. Laura will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
I wasn’t given information about my prenatal appointments. This is very confusing for a first time mom. I end up getting a call from a location the doctor referred me without informing me and leaving me very confused. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Dr Guggenheim for three weeks and still have not gotten a call back. What if this was an emergency? The doctors are not available to answer your questions and leave you confused since they don’t explain anything. The number takes you to a call center in TEXAS and you’re just on a line with different people every time who have no clue what you’re talking about, The office has no record of me calling when i left messages to people three times. I was not informed of charges until my insurance statement shows that they charge $400 just for being a new patient. The office spoke to my fiancé when I did not give authorization to share any information with anyone other than myself. It’s giving poor customer care and hipaa violation.
Everyone was super nice and happy to help out with any questions I had. I even got lost and staff helped by giving me specific directions around the place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
