Exceptional care and staff :) I always feel so comfortable and listened to. Highly recommend.
I love Dr. Mason and her whole team. They are all so knowledgeable and kind and easy to communicate with! The only downside is the with to be seen can be a bit longer than expected but its worth it for the level of care you receive!
Amazing team. Dr Sarah Payne is the best. All the staff are very supportive. A big shout out to Julie, Nicole and Amy. Julie went above and beyond to ensure i got scheduled in for an appointment immediately . Great and amazing team
Updated Review: I have been in contact with the clinic manager and we are working to alleviate continued scheduling concerns for the remainder of my pregnancy. I hope to continue to update with positive changes ongoing. Premier OBGYN has made my pregnancy journey a nightmare with poor communication, cancelled appointments and overall poor care. Although I like my doctor and the nurses/nurse practitioners it feels like this practice is oversaturated and they do not have the staff to actually see patients as scheduled and give people the time they deserve with their providers. The scheduling staff is difficult to get a hold of as most calls go to voicemail and have moved many of my appointments. I cannot emphasize enough how miserable this practice has made scheduling and keeping my appointments at every step of the way. I communicated my concerns and plans to move practices at 24 weeks to both the front desk and my provider and asked to involve upper management. I was promised these were mistakes that would not happen again and thus stayed with my provider only for these issues to continuously happen. I am truly at a loss for other ways I could have advocated for better care for myself but must share my experience and hope this will cause real change to help future patients or that someone reading can find the care they deserve elsewhere. -At least 10 of my appointments were changed/cancelled without my consent. These include the schedulers switching me to the NP away from appointments I scheduled with my doctor and not calling me. I noticed them in portal after seeing batch emails about these “new” appointments. These changes would have made me not see my doctor for a 20 week stretch and the 4 weeks leading up to delivery. I asked to be consented ongoing before changing providers, dates or times and this happened two more times. I like working with the NP however there are set appointments they want you to do so (this should be communicated from start of care) and I deserve time with my doctor that I chose for appointments I am supposed to see her. I also had day of or night before cancellations for 3 of my appointments thus far (12 weeks and twice for my 32 week appointment). My 28 week appointment time was changed from 8 to 11 with no call due to someone else needing the time. I had to strongly advocate that I could not make the new time work (due to my own patients) and needed my appointment time back. In addition to the scheduling concerns the following also occurred: -We had planned for a surprise gender. I was told I needed to sign a form asking to remove gender from the genetic testing and to let the person taking my blood that this was my request. I communicated about the form to both the lab tech and the front desk and was told I did not need to do anything further. The gender of my baby was revealed to me on the portal as it was not left off the testing as I requested. -We received scary news regarding our genetic testing via the portal. When I called to talk to a provider the front desk told me I had to wait another week until my appointment to talk to someone. Thankfully, a kind nurse helped me when I called the provider line. -I had bleeding at 10 weeks. They originally told me they had no availability for an emergency appointment. They later fit me in with a 2 hour wait time at another location. Of note, the provider was incredible and the care I received was very kind but it was clear there is minimal room for emergency appointments. -I was told at my first appointment I could rotate through different providers to meet the other OBGYNs who may deliver my baby. After numerous times asking it was revealed this policy was ending in the middle of my pregnancy and I was unable to meet any additional providers. I hope in the remainder of my pregnancy I can change this review to reflect a positive change but I wish I chose another practice for my care. Although I like the providers here, the lack of care and communication has turned a beautiful time into an absolute nightmare and added unnecessary stress.
I think it's very rare to actually look forward to coming to a doctor's appointment. Everyone at premier integrated pearl Street is so sweet and happy. Which I also think is rare for people to enjoy their jobs so much. I've been seeing Dr. Payne for 7 years and she's helped me navigate a lot in terms of my health. She's been so kind, caring and remembers a lot about my life which has helped me to feel so seen every visit. The other members of their staff are also incredible. They have wonderful nurses (thank you Diana!) and I've seen their NP Kristen who was so sweet and personable. Thank you all for what you do and for making this a safe place to navigate my health.
I've always loved Dr. Payne; she is supportive, kind, and gives great information. Nurse Nicki is also one of my favorite people to see at appointments - truly the perfect nurse! Calm and witty at exactly the right times. The front office staff is amazing too. Have never had a bad interaction with setting/changing/confirming appointments. They are great at being the first person you talk to while at the office. They all deserve special recognition for that.
I wish there weren’t issues after issues here but I’m finally writing a review because I’ve had enough. From loosing my urine samples twice to zero communication about drs running over an hour behind numerous times it’s getting ridiculous. They need to get better staff or take on less patients. Most of this is just negligence and lack of staff accountability. From not marking when someone calls after hours to sending people to urgent care this place is not together enough to deliver your flabby and care for the mothers after. The final straw for me was having me wait 1.5 hrs for an appointment after knowing I had mastitis and didn’t have my pump and never communicating once the dr was so behind that I just had to leave. Bottom sad line here ladies is as a new mother you will NOT be looked after or take care of here find a better place
The office staff is friendly and professional and Kristin is an outstanding WHNP. I can’t recommend her enough. I feel so well taken care of.
They are professional, and compassionate. I'm treated like a real person, not just another patient in a long line they will have to see today. And I always get as much time as I need to answer my questions. My appointment is timely, but not rushed.
Medical staff very helpful and informative

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
