Three recent visits to establish and receive care after an insurance change at my work. Pleased with the practitioners and support staff. Excellent care. Frustrated to learn AFTER my new patient appointment with cardiology that HCA HealthONE is closing the cardiac clinic I went to. Given that information I would not have incurred the expense of a new patient appointment at a closing facility and would have selected another practice for long term care. I was truly impressed with the cardiologist and am disappointed to learn they won’t be available at this facility as part of ny care team.

I am extremely disappointed with the hospital, I have been trying to schedule an appointment for three months and I have never received a response, I also had to go in person to deliver my documents because they did not respond to my emails, now there are only two weeks left until my baby is born and they told me that they do not accept Medicaid, but before they said they did, I also had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow, November 19th and they canceled it 🤦🏻♀️

On-time, competent. I was impressed that a warmed blanket was used to cover me. It's always annoying when medical staff, who are moving around and fully dressed, don't allow for the cold that patients may feel.
