As a transgender patient who recently moved from a different state, the care provider were somewhat unfamiliar with my needs and medications at first, but they were super friendly, respectful and diligent in working with me to get things figured out quickly. It helped me feel seen and cared about and happy to come back in future.

I don’t know if they were understaffed or what. My partner went in and came back out in about 10 minutes. She wasn’t asked if anything was bothering her — which her back has — just had weight, height, and eyes checked. (???) We will not be returning. Seems like they were just collecting a check for a patient visit.

I had great experience ! this place is amazing I traveled to get here when I arrived they were super busy but they handled it great !! And my wait time wasn’t long at all and they help with anything!! Anything funding they pointed me in right direction to help you! And if you speak Spanish they have many people who can help you 10/10 recommend Thank you guys ! You’re all amazing! And they don’t judge you !
