Highline Rehab & Care Community's Online Review Report Card

My experience at the Highline Rehabilitation Center has been an extremely positive one, literally in all aspects of my care here. The administrative staff has been so down to earth and yet absolutely professional throughout my stay here. The CNA’s have been some of the best people I have ever been helped by. Highline Rehab is the seventh rehab center I have stayed at within the past five years working to get me back on my feet. The CNA’s here at Highline have answered my call button requests in the shortest time ever and most with a smile, even while having to wear their masks. Their work attitudes have been so much more positive than any other rehab center. Finally, I absolutely cannot say enough positive and wonderful things about the Occupational and Physical therapists employed here at this facility. They all are, without any doubt, the best in terms of knowing the individual needs of their patients and they are so caring and genuine in their approach to making our experience the best in getting us to be physically and emotionally stronger than when we came in. I highly recommend the Highline Rehabilitation Center and I would definitely request coming back here, should I ever need to.

After a a brief hospital stay from a fall, my husband received two weeks of PT/OT in a safe and comfortable environment at Highline Rehab. The admissions coordinator, Anita Mosley, PA, Michael, Claudia, and all of the staff members involved in his care were attentive, compassionate, and helpful. He definitely received above average care and we would recommend it to others. I couldn't give a 5 star rating because the center itself needs to be painted, and many of the blinds, draperies, and furniture pieces need to be replaced and updated. In addition, the common areas on the community grounds would be welcoming with proper clean-up and maintenance.

Our daughter goes here for rehab. Anita the admissions specialist is wonderful. Nurses and staff are caring. Highly recommended.

The parking situation is horrible. Usually no parking in front on street, handicapp parking is at rear of building and access door to lot is lockedThere was several incidences of poor borderline neglectful behavior partly from poor communication from staffThere were several occasions that a CNA was requested to change my cousin and after a hour or more waiting, the employee was found eating dinner.Administrator promised someone would assist my cousin during mealtime but on several occasions I had been in room and no one came to help her or offer her water.When my family member passed, the door to her room was wide open so anyone walking down hallway could see her body laying in the bed. I felt this was very disrespectful and unprofessional.I only gave the rating I did because several female staff members came into room with tears in their eyes to pay last respect. I really appreciated that. It was somewhat comforting to see that some employees there really cared about my cousin.

We have had an excellent experience at Highline so far. Anita Mosley, Admissions Coordinator, has been most helpful in getting our loved one settled into Highline. This is a difficult time for our family and Anita and her staff are being attentive to every detail. The rooms are spacious and our loved one is comfortable in her new surroundings.

Highline has a 5 star rating for Rehab, but I think they deserve a 10 star rating. I went from a wheelchair, unable to walk to walking out, and returning home without assistance within one month.As a retired physician, if I ever have a need for Rehab again, I would skip Acute and go directly to Highline where I received the most help. The food is great . I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone needing rehab to Highline. I can't say enough good about them.. The staff including the house keepers are all fabulous and caring individuals.

My father swore that he would never go into a skilled nursing facility, but after two months at Highline he did not want to go home. They treat him like family and he is much happier than he was in his house. He has friends, gets exercise, does activities and is well cared for. I am extremely grateful and pleased that we found Highline.

Immediate caregivers were lovely. Communication and followup from the admin and upper staff was lacking.

The were some initial issues with my mother but they were quickly fixed thanks, Anita for all your help in getting things fixed.

I was a patient here the staff were very friendly and positive. The therapy department is really good as well. They overall seem well organized and well ran. I would recommend Highline rehab!
