I received excellent care from Dr Choudry who diagnosed and performed arthroscopic repair of right elbow lateral epicondylitis. I am 3 weeks post-surgery and recovering without complications.

Listens to patient's goals and incorporates them into individualized treatment. Good balance between being advocate and reality check for people like me who want to bounce back the next day after significant injury. Looking forward to continuing care with Dr. Choudhry.

My elbow was dislocated in a fall. Rose Hospital referred my to Orthopedic Assoc. it has been a fabulous experience. From the moment I spoke to the office until I met Dr Choudry and his staff I was impressed. 1. Professional 2. Kindness and patience. 3. Expertise. 4. Organized and calm atmosphere. I felt respect for me and my elbow situation. The physical therapy staff is right there. This is a convenient, professional and passive space. Finally, I’m getting better! I’m motivated to go to physical therapy. 100% recommend!
