Intermountain Health Northfield Clinic - Primary Care's Online Review Report Card

Wow, I'm looking for a new primary Care provider, these comments make a world of difference truly. Readings all the reviews and low ratings I will have to pass. Companies have no idea how consumer opinions can make or break your business in the New World. Good Customer service and Truly caring is KEY in Healthcare......

I would not recommend care here to any of my friends, family, or own patients. The experience that I had as a patient was absolutely awful. As a physician myself, it was humbling to see the other side of our healthcare system when it does not work well and this fell into that category. It was unfortunately a long and drawn out process that has never achieved resolution as I ended up giving up on even trying. I began with the provider, officer manager, nurse, provider, and eventually ran it up the chains after months and months of getting no responses. I am not posting this to place blame on any sole person but to hopefully prevent others from having to experience to poor quality of care that this clinic and SCL/Intermountain Health as a whole in this case are providing. Happy to field any questions or concerns just from my own personal experience. Update after response below received: I pursued both of those routes multiple times but have gotten absolutely no response back...I'll leave it at that.

This company and its affiliates are more focused on profit than genuinely helping patients. I saw two doctors here for a long-term prescription. The first, Dr. Marcella, questioned my occasional legal green use, required a drug test, and then reprimanded me afterward. The second, Dr. Julia Fast, only provided a one-month supply of my medication instead of the usual three months, despite knowing my insurance was ending and I needed multiple months of medication. When I asked for help resolving this issue, I was told I must have a visit every three months, even though I had been there that week! Now I face the cost of a full-price visit due to my insurance ending. I chose to go back to this location because of the convenient location by my home. I've had two negative experiences at this location and advise other women to avoid it. My experience with female healthcare providers here was disappointing and not caring.

Had a great experience at Northfield! Check in was efficient- most of the forms were completed in advance online. Blood was drawn on site and didn’t have to go elsewhere.Dr. Fast was amazing- empathetic, non judgmental, practical. Had all my tests and results back in rapid fast time and uploaded into MyChart to view. Def would go back for my next physical.

Besides the Rude uncaring front desk member This office is Amazing The Doctors and Nurses truly care about their patients. There is only one member of the office that has made a horrible impression about this place they really need to see about being someone more like the Doctors or nurses or assistant nurses to work out front. Too bad she represents this place I should give a negative star rating for her behavior today. I have seziours can't drive and possible early onset of dementia she refused to do her job and sent me walking home a 45 minute walk with the risk of not even making it she is uncaring rude and just plain nasty and refuses to do her job. Shame on you

Avoid this place! The service is terrible, the front desk associates are unprofessional and are not helpful, the billing department can’t do anything. They sent my lab work to an out of network lab and know I’m being billed thousands of dollars. I have called them multiple times and no one seems to help explain why an in network doctor would send the lab work to an out of network facility.

Absolute scam of a service, they'll provide a quote for a service then bill you 4x that quote. I'm currently going through a lengthy administrative process to change it.

First time going to this location and loved it. Everyone from reception, nurses, lab, and my new doctor were nice, patient, and understanding. Very clean and organized facility as well. I was also able to take advantage of their free Lyft service to bring me home after my appointment.

Staff are friendly, but Samuel Maynard screws up my scripts EVERY SINGLE TIME. I mean EVERY TIME. I am absolutely baffled that he has a medical license.

From the minute you walk threw those doors till the time you walk out, you get very high quality healthcare. The receptionist is amazing and so sweet, the nurse was very sweet as well. My doctor (Bonnie A. Buechel) is very knowledgeable and on top of it!!! I’m so thankful I found this SCL Health (and it’s new!!!) I definitely don’t miss SCL Health BROOMFIELD!!!
