They racist and they act like they better than people they left me bleeding for 6hours I had to attend to my own wounds and when they did stitch me up it hurt like hell they didn’t send me home with any pain medication at all I would not recommend this er to no one

Giving 5 stars for the amazing OBGYN nursing staff that took care of me for 2 days while I was getting monitored for a trigeminy heart arrythmia. Serene, Rhonda and the nurse prior to them both (forgot her name, nice blonde lady) were amazing. I truly felt cared for, listened to, and comfortable during my stay. It was a scary process to go through, but having them to take care of me, made me feel relief. The Doctor's that stopped by were amazing as well. :) Overall a great experience.

During my grandmother’s recent unexpected hospital stay, we were left with mixed emotions. The medical staff provided excellent care, ensuring her comfort and well-being. Since this was an unplanned visit, my grandma didn’t have the opportunity to remove any valuable items beforehand, so she had personal items with her, including nearly $500 in her purse, which was stored in her room’s closet. Upon discharge, a nurse discovered the money was missing. After three weeks of communication (more of a run-around), the hospital declined responsibility, stating the money wasn’t secured in a hospital locker, and suggested filing a police report—a solution that feels inadequate and not reasonable. Especially given that the money and other valuables were accounted for as she was checked in by staff members, and whoever stole the money clearly had room access which adds a security concerns for someone who may appear more vulnerable. Advice to future patients: In unforeseen situations, ensure all valuables are secured, as the hospital may not take responsibility for losses, even when identified by their own staff. While the medical care was excellent, unfortunately this experience creates a concerning gap in patient security measures.

Shower safety standards are subpar in the new Denver hospital for lack of nonslip flooring and warning signs. The 'wood ceramic' type tiles are super slick. There are hand bars to hold on to as your feet go rout from under you because the glass-like smoothness of bare ceramic tile is calcably slippery. Nonslip shower shoes were not issued by staff, nor kept in the room for patient use in the wall cabinet above the toilet. There are no safety signs inside showers warning patients of dangers of slippery floors, or the availability of non-slip shower shoes, a big problem for me because I slipped. Intermountain please install signs, hand out shower shoes, and keep them in patient rooms. To prevent injuries to patients. The caregiving is excellent and the food is made with love. The surgeon I had was outstanding and the night nurses all were excellent.

Brought my dad to the emergency room due to serious stomach issues just to wait for over two hours and we're currently STILL waiting. The most ridiculous thing is that his private doctor called ahead. This hospital has no beds to care for the ill. Denver needs a more reliable hospital. Maybe one with more than two physicians working the emergency room.

My visit to the emergency department was absolutely awful. Went in with severe knee pain leaving me unable to walk. Doctor refused to do imaging stating I only had a sprain before even touching me. Followed up with PCP and got an MRI. Showing a fracture in my bone, full tear of ACL, and multiple other small injuries in my knee. Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrific facility, horrible treatment the entire stay. Then slapped with a large bill they cannot help me pay with terrible financing options. Avoid at all cost, just read the reviews and notice the trend. Do not follow HIPPA either.

The standard of care at this hospital is absolutely atrocious. The wife comes in with an infection that they treat with antibiotics. She has no surgery scheduled whatsoever (and even if they did, it would have been in the early AM and it was only 6pm at night!!)), she is down 20 pounds from previous illnesses (which is in their records because their docs treated her last time) and yet they decide to starve her for almost 24 hours for no good reason. I kept asking the nurses and they were baffled by the decision. I basically had to threaten the doctor to get them to finally let her eat. Morons.

They were wonderful. Thanks for your kindness. Love you all. Very nice & I saw lots of docs & nurses. They always looked in on me.
