I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and compassion that I experienced and/or witnessed during my visit here today - from the helpful security officer to the registrar at the front desk - before I even got to the ophthalmology department. Once here, I watched several different medical professionals enter the waiting room to call patients back for their appointments. Every single person sounded genuinely welcoming and one woman was particularly kind and patient to an elderly woman who needed some extra care.

Dr. Hebb’s summary notes were concise, detailed, and comprehensive. His advice was geared to my own level of knowledge and experience as a retired physician, honest and compassionate. He allowed me options and we jointly reached a treatment plan with confidence.

I messed up and showed up at Franklin instead of Lakewood for a CT I’ve been waiting to get for weeks. Lorraine in imaging at desk and whoever the team is today are fitting me in! Not only did they crunch their schedule to accommodate me, they did it with such empathy. Thank you Lorraine and team.
