List of Kaiser Permanente Skyline Medical Offices's Reviews
Both the shot I got in at the PCP and the blood work I got done at the lab were quick and painless. Estafany is a wizard with work!
My mom went there to get the flu and covid vaccines which the gave to her at the same time causing her to get really sick. Symptoms included nausea, dizziness, and severe vertigo that lasted for 5 days. She was bed ridden for 3 days and had to crawl on the floor to get anywhere. This was on Friday evening hours after she rwcieved the shots. She called them the next day with her symptoms and the guy she talked to said it wasn't likely from the vaccines to cause that. Most likely they gave her both shots to save time and money... and on mon she started getting rashes all over her body.....for all those out there be careful. She is looking for another primary care provider after going through that.
Great!
Kaiser is the best healthcare provider. They are efficient, professional, pleasant and convenient. It’s truly a one stop experience for seeing a health provider and getting lab and imaging studies. Results are available ver quickly. I love that I can review my results myself online and communicate with any of my healthcare providers by email.
Great experience, as per usual. From my check in with a very friendly PRA Alexis Trujillo, to being roomed by the awesome Carolina Gonzalez, she was efficient, and we had a nice chat. My visit with my PCP, Dr Ryan Evans, was thorough, I felt heard, and I generally just like catching up with him because he is the coolest. Down in the lab, Anaiz was so sweet, and the poke was painless. She had drawn me the day before and was equally awesome then, too. To top it off, the pharmacy was quick, and both front line staff I interacted with were helpful. I had a nice chat with Ryan (pharm tech) she's always great to catch up with and remembers me every time. I feel like the staff and providers here are what make the difference at Kaiser, even when the system is failing. They go out of their way to support me as a patient. Great team.
I went for a dermatologist appointment. Stacy spoke in a condescending tone with speech so rapid it was nearly impossible to get a word in to share my perspective. I am not upset that she didn’t prescribe the acne medication that i wanted to be evaluated for, but I am really upset about the way she spoke to me and didn’t hear a word I was saying. She asked if my breakouts happen around my menstrual cycle and I said Ofcourse but I get equally as many breakouts outside of that window. The breakouts come in cycles of months and are so depressing because they’re so intense - based on pictures I’ve taken in the past it’s obviously not only hormonal acne. It upsets me that she wrote in my note that my acne is hormonal because I tried to make it clear that it happens in cycles based on the season and is the worst in the winter. She just kept repeating her same statement over and over in the most condescending tone and it actually upset me so much that I started crying in her office. This is why it takes so much to even want to get evaluated at the doctors office. It’s humiliating to be talked to like that and not even heard. It seems like doctors pick one thing they want to hear and just run with it without taking the patients experiences and perspectives into consideration. Again, I’m not upset that she didn’t consider accutane as an option and I get why it’s not right for me at this moment in my skin journey- but it’s just so hurtful to be treated like that from a professional.. especially when they know the topics that we come in for are so sensitive and embarrassing. There was no empathy or compassion from this doctor- she didn’t try to hear what I was saying and she didn’t put anything that I tried to mention to her in the after visit notes.. a doctors tone and pattern of speech should never leave a patient feeling so unheard and devalued that it makes them cry in the office and in the car after. The next available visit isn’t until January so it’s hard to get a second opinion
No problems at all. Cynthia and Nicole were excellent: friendly, professional, helpful, communicative.
Dr Bergmann is a soft spoken, friendly, intelligent skilled Neurologist. I feel fortunate to be his patient
I waited on hold for an hour. Only to be spoken over, not listen to, and no empathy. She would not even let me speak. She could have cared less about my situation. I might has well burn my insurance card. I can't get in to see a Dr until October 9. I hate Kaiser
The lab at the Skyline Facility is a very nice place. They’re polite and knowledgeable about what they do.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
