Very quick, did not seem compassionate, did not allow me to complete a sentence to explain my symptoms; very quick to write everything off to something else. Only redeeming bit was that he was able to get me in to see another specialist quickly. Did not allow me to ask the questions that I had, as when I would start to ask a question, he would cut me off. Very frustrating experience.

Dr. Jacobsen is not only extremely knowledgeable, he takes the time to explain everything and answer all your questions. On top of this he is very personable. Everything you could want in a doctor. I just wish he could be my PCP.

Advanced Orthopedic has one of the best groups of HCPs that I’ve ever seen as a patient. I was well informed through my diagnosis, taken exceptional care of during surgery, and communicated thoroughly with post op. Dr. Jacobson is an incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate physician who has helped me understand and feel confident in my road to recovery. 10/10 recommend this group with an emphasis on the AMAZING Dr. Keith Jacobson. Dr. Jacobson is both personable and professional. There is great teamwork among the staff there. I appreciated the straightforward answers, and also answers where you have to consider later, how your body responds to procedures.
