Never even got to see them. Their new patient process is unorganized and wasted my time. I set up the appointment plenty of time in advanced. I got a call like a week before saying I need to fill out new patient forms but never received anything. The day of my appointment they asked me to confirm if I was going, which I did. After I took off work to go to the doctor I gave them a call because I was going to be running about THREE minutes late. They said they won’t see me because I never filled out the new patient paperwork that never got sent to me. The person in the office called and did not care at all, just told me for 15 minutes how I screwed up and didn’t fill out the paperwork. Definitely didn’t get the impression they were in the business of helping people. If their new patient process is anything like their health care, I got lucky by not being able to see them.

TERRIBLE. I'm not sure what is worse at this place, the billing practices or the care you receive. I had 2 visits with Dr. Jasters, and his practice seems to be more concerned with revenue than with care. 1. The visits are timed (!) and any overage needs to be paid separately. 2. This would be understandable/acceptable if the time in the office was spent actually listening to patients. Instead, Dr. Jasters spent the majority of my office time reading my generic health questionnaire I filled out. Be ready to spend most of your (expensive) visit sitting in a chair in awkward silence. 3. The remainder of the time was spent Googling (yes, Googling, I followed along on the computer screen) my symptoms. I received an (outdated) article printed out about my symptoms. 4. The very first question I heard regarding my elevated cholesterol levels was whether I was open to medication (i.e. statins). I was pretty shocked to hear this was the first line of defense from an office that portrays itself as "holistic". 5. When my test results came in (a scary situation to be in), I went in for my 2nd visit. Dr. Jasters had not reviewed my test results in preparation of my visit. He opened the file on his computer, and spent his time reading through the results. That was the second time I sat in awkward silence, waiting. While the meter is running. 6. Because I was switching insurance companies, I could only get a short time frame prescription. We discussed how I'd be switching soon, and was told that we'd extend the prescription once I had the info. When I called with the new insurance info, I was told that I would be charged a "remote consultation" fee. I protested and the office agreed that they would waive the fee. 7. It's more than a year later, and today I received a bill in the mail to charge me for that "remote consultation" after all. I'll happily pay this bill, and I'm throwing in this review, free of charge.

DO NOT GO HERE! My son went here because his foot has been in horrible pain and they charged him for the appointment just to tell him he needs xrays AND THEY DON'T DO THEM. Why in the world would a doctors office not have the ability to do an xray? Then I tried to call them to ask for information and you can NEVER talk to a human and every time I tried to leave a message it just hung up. Update: okay I get you don't have an xray machine so now my advice to anyone is if you have any kind of pain that would have to rule out a break or need an xray then don't go here since it will just cost you to go somewhere where they can take xrays. Your just paying for someone to tell you to go somewhere else. My son barely makes ends meet and now has the bill for your office visit and the place that he had to go to to get an xray. We knew he would need an xray. Lesson learned. I hope others read this and spare themselves the unnecessary cost. But it does not excuse the fact that I was unable to leave a message and there was no way to talk to someone.

I am honestly dumbfounded at my experience here. I have met with Casey twice and found her lovely and all the good things the reviews say. At my last appointment I was told my test results would be provided to me over the portal. A week later I was contacted on the portal and told my results were in but I would need to make an appointment. Needless to say this was extremely worrying to me - as I assumed only bad news would cause this change in plans. I reached out and asked if there was a miscommunication but received no response. I asked if I could schedule a phone call to go over the results sooner (I indicated I was happy to pay). Again no response. So I booked the earliest appointment available - two weeks away - and waited anxiously. The day before my appointment the office sent me a text message and told me they cancelled my appointment and that Casey would provide results to me over the portal. I was extremely confused as at the point is already waited two weeks and really just wanted to come in to hear my results. I called the office and left a message and asked when I could expect to hear my results now that I had to wait for them to be on the portal. I was told it would happen Friday. I waited all of Friday and called the office before closing hours - no one answered. I never did get my results. I am at a loss for words. I've never felt so undervalued as a patient in my life.

After dealing with mystery symptoms for over a year and being referred out to 4 different specialists with no answers, I cant even put into words how grateful I am that I found Casey. Our very first appointment she asked me about my family history and my mind was blown at how much it made sense that the emotional trauma I've been storing inside have been contributing to the downfall of my health. She is the only healthcare professional who has ever asked me anything about myself. She is the only one who has ever listened to me with such empathy and understanding. She is the only one who connected the dots and was able to order the right tests for me. She pointed me in the right direction towards healing and I am feeling much better every day, mentally and physically!

Dr. Jaster and Dr. Linke have both been excellent resources for health and wellness. They provide comprehensive care in a good environment.

My first appointment with Casey was relaxed and thorough. I have been eating whole food plant based now for about 5 years and done extensive reading and research. Casey was so knowledgeable and up-to-date and had constructive ideas for me to work on some stubborn cholesterol issues that I have been unable to solve. I also arrived with an eye infection which she gave me some prescriptions for! I have been looking for a medical practice who will listen to my voice - I have found it!!

After my appointment with Casey, I walked out feeling not only heard but more hopeful than I have in a long time. The things that we discussed and that Casey suggested we work on are things that I had done my own research on and had been either told no or ignored by other physicians. I am grateful for the time that Casey took to explain possible root causes & potential treatment plans going forward. I am excited to continue working with Casey and everyone else at L.I.F.E. Medicine Institute.
