Laseraway's Online Review Report Card

This is my second experience at Lazer Away and It was just as pleasant as the last time. I had lip filler from Marivel and Abby was her trainer. They were both very welcoming, comforting, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend these staff and this location to anyone!

This company is a complete SCAM! I did an over the phone consultation for laser hair removal and everything seemed great. Not ONCE did anyone ask me my hair color. When I came to the facility for my first treatment NO ONE said anything about laser hair removal not working on red hair. They just let me waste my time and money. I even brought it up throughout the treatments that I didn’t feel like it was working and NO ONE said ANYTHING about it being because of my hair color. Finally on my 5th treatment I brought it up AGAIN. And someone finally told me it was because my hair was red. I was offered a refund in store and then when the customer service called me they said they couldn’t give a refund for rendered services. THE FIRST THING YOU SHOULD ASK PEOPLE IS WHAT THEIR HAIR COLOR IS!!!!! If I had ANY idea that it wasn’t going to work I would have NEVER spent my money and WASTED MY TIME in this place! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I will always find a reason to tell this story. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to ANY Laser away. They don’t know how to train their staff properly as to not waste people’s time and money!!!!!!!!

I exclusively go here for my Botox. Everyone I've seen is fantastic and experienced!!

I'd been considering investing in laser hair removal for years, and I'm glad I finally decided to do so! Thus far, my experience with Laser Away has been great! The person who called me to follow up on my inquiry (love you Jared -- request him!) was SO nice, informative, and helped me get a great deal. The facility itself is clean and well decorated, and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. The treatment itself was easy, quick, and relatively painless! I'm excited to continue treatment here.

I have been to LaserAway and both times had excellent care and a very comfortable experience. Last time I was in about two weeks ago, I had Abby do my Xeomin. First off, she is absolutely an amazing young woman and very good at what she does. She made me feel so at ease and was just so super sweet. I have had Botox before, but not Xeomin. I have always had to be retouched at other places. However, I don't need a touch up at all as Abby took her time to make sure all of the points on my face that needed units were spot on. The establishment is very clean and organized and the front desk staff are very nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable too. So, if I could give LaserAway more stars I would. It's now one of my top self care spots!

I've been going to LaserAway to get a tattoo removed for a while now. I just had my 5th session and it is fading so much! Every time I go in, I feel so welcomed by the receptionist to the technician performing the laser treatment. Couldn't ask for a better experience for a painful event!

Each and every one of the staff have always been so sweet, from my prior visit to the next. I called last minute and they got me in the same day! They explained each step with detail and were so accommodating. This will be my only go-to for ALL my needs. check them out!
