Several months ago I developed peripheral neuropathy (PN) in my feet. Western medicine was no help and led me to believe the tingling and numbness were permanent. It was so bad that I could not wear anything with texture, like wool socks. Research led me to the Lixin Clinic one month after the symptoms started. It had spread to my legs and hands. When I asked Dr. Zhang if he could help me, he simply replied, "Probably. ". The treatment worked. It took a few months and get worse before it got better. By the end of the 2nd month, the symptoms of PN were steadily decreasing, becoming milder. By the 4th month I barely noticed it. Sometimes it completely disappears. This is such a huge feeling of relief for me. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Zhang and the miracle of acupuncture.

Our daughter was diagnosed with Asthma at age 2, along with a handful of severe anaphylactic allergies. These include egg, peanut, dogs, cats, and almost every tree and most seasonal allergies. She also has always had severe eczema and sensitive skin. Since age 2 to control her Asthma and allergies we have had to treat her with a daily steroid inhaler, rescue inhaler, a daily pill and copious amounts of antihistamine. Although we provided these medicines to her daily as prescribed, she had little to no relief from her symptoms. In addition, she always presented with severe sinus congestion and low blood oxygen concentration. Her asthma, even with the medication was so severe, that it made many activities impossible to do as they would trigger an attack. She was hopeful that she could join our local swim team as it seemed to be low enough impact to allow her to compete in a sport. However, most if not all practices and competitions would end with an asthma attack, never allowing her to develop in the sport. This lead to her not feeling included both socially and physically. We realized something needed to be done. We found Dr. Zhang online, and we were hoping his reviews were correct! Therefore at age 12-1/2 she began seeing Dr. Zhang at his clinic regularly and was prescribed a nightly tea which she drank faithfully. After the 1st 6 months of treatment, we noticed a dramatic reduction in the symptoms she was presenting and began to ween her from all of her medications. During that summer she began to train and compete in swimming again. To ours and her surprise not only could she participate on the swim team, but she began to excel making a league qualifying time and missing state by just a few seconds. In addition, her sinus congestion relieved itself to the point that she began breathing through her nose again, with a significantly improved sense of smell and taste. Further, all of the side effects caused by her medications which contained steroids began to subside including “moon face”. Additionally, her dog allergy completely went away. By the end of the summer Dr. Zhang deemed her cured of Asthma. Soon after, as part of her routine care we visited her western medicine pediatrician whom she has been seeing since birth. We concluded the appointment with question, “Is our daughter presenting symptoms of a person with asthma?” and the answer was NO, they were further surprised that she been off all of her medications since the spring. Thanks to Dr. Zhang, our daughter now gets to enjoy life without being burdened with this horrible disease. The benefits of his treatments are impossible to compare to any western medicine currently available, even if money were no object. I would encourage any parent whom wants their child to thrive in a way that they have never imagined to seek the care of Dr. Zhang. Currently our daughter is now 13-1/2 and thriving, she still competes in swimming but a level much higher than we ever thought possible, competing with kids her age as if Asthma had never been a part of her life! Her confidence is something we thought we’d never see. She is thriving.

I have been treated by Lixin for a year for severe fatigue and other health issues due to Long Covid. He is an incredible doctor and healer. When western medicine completely failed my severe and chronic health condition, I turned to Chinese Medicine. I sought out the best care I could find locally and decided to try Lixin based on the incredible stories found in these reviews. After working with dozens of providers in western medicine and continuing to decline, I finally found the first provider who understood how to treat my debilitating fatigue. Li Xin Zhang has completely turned my health around! I was encouraged to visit because of his background of being the 10th generation of his family’s Chinese medicine practice. I started seeing Li Xin a couple of years ago at the age of 77. After about 75 yrs of quite good health I had a pretty serious downturn. I had serious digestive issues resulting in reflux and bloating and having to be very careful about what and when I ate. I also experienced swallowing problems, anxiety and mid back pain of unknown origin. I felt like energy would be rising up to my head especially in the evenings, causing lightheadedness and anxiety. I first visited Lixin Acupuncture Clinic in September, 2020, for severe leg pain. I initially thought it was the sciatic nerve but it was muscular. Adam has treated me for that and other issues that surfaced during the initial treatments. He is very knowledgeable on Traditional Chinese Medicine and provided great treatments, including acupuncture, cupping, and Tui-Na Massage, along with herbal therapies. Using tongue and pulse diagnosis, Adam identified other underlying issues affecting my pain and my overall wellness. We modified the treatment plan and I have seen improvement in my liver function (from lab tests and pulse readings). My energy is better and I just feel better. TCM is the best approach to wellness. Results are not immediate, nor should they be. This is not like western medicine where you take a pill to treat symptoms. TCM treats the root cause. My name is Bob Finnerty, I have been blind since 2014 and last year in February a Kaiser acupuncturist referred me to Lixin, whom he thought might help me restore some of my vision. I began seeing Lixin in late February and was told, quite honestly, that he didn't know what he could do since I'd had the optical ischemic episodes 5 years prior. He recommended a 3 month acupuncture/herbal treatment, after which I could decide whether I wanted to continue with the treatment or not. I began noticing that I could see more shadows, movement, and other things. Needless to say, I continue to make small improvements and am pleased that Lixin has improved my vision, even to this extent.
