Great group all around. Dr DiDonato suggested a skin checkup and they found a severely pre-cancerous mole (I'm 35 btw). Coincidence??? Jk, I'm so very glad she encouraged me to see a dermatologist. The mole is gone now and i have her to thank for the peace of mind.

I'm sure experienced might vary depending on insurance and care needs. But as someone in Colorado Medicare this practice makes it extremely straightforward to get comprehensive testing, referrals to specialists, and necessary prescriptions quickly. One downside is a high rate of staff turnover but it hasn't negatively affected the quality of care.

I have been calling for a month to get them to provide information to my insurance to finalize a medical device i need. I call literally 3 times a week for the last month, and so far they still have not taken care of it. The lack of responsibility when dealing with other peoples health is truly remarkable. I would look into some new management structure or restaffing because this is insane. I'm surprised incompetent this staff must be.
