Mesa Guidance offers a combination of psychotherapy, psychiatry, and a holistic approach to wellbeing and mental health. They offer telehealth services and trauma-informed care. I have had issues in the past with reaching out to practices and being given a long wait time for an appointment or even no call back at all! But Mesa Guidance makes it easy to reach out and get started with scheduling a first appointment!

This was my first experience ever going to therapy after years of debating whether to go or not, and Sam has created a very positive environment and safe space for me to discuss things. Highly recommend if you need to talk about heavy things or light things and all in between

Samantha is an amazing therapist and has always made me feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of counseling services. In the past, it seemed to take a lot longer to see results. However, Samantha uses cool techniques that work quickly. I’m so glad to have found someone who really understands me. 10/10, would recommend.

Samantha is so genuine and warm and has really become a mentor for my teenage daughter who was struggling socially and emotionally. The family sessions have been very productive in helping us with communication and understanding. She was willing to do video therapy sessions when my daughter left for college as well. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
