Finally someone who really looked at my images and is working toward finding out what is going on with my back!

I have had severe neck and arm pain for the past two years. After seeing multiple doctors and getting my original surgery denied by insurance for age (“too young”) I was recommended by several people, including other doctors offices, to see Dr. Janssen. I went in under the idea of getting another opinion, and doing my surgery with my original doctor, however he changed my mind. Not once did he try to pressure me to switch doctors. Instead he was incredibly kind, asked me about my life, and walked me through what was going on with my neck. In spite of seeing several other doctors, Dr. Janssen explained it more in depth than I had heard from anyone. I decided after my appointment to try and have surgery with Dr Janssen, and began to work with his scheduler AnaMaria. She has been incredibly kind and has made my experience going through this pain (physically and with insurance!) a little better. I haven’t had surgery yet, but from my interaction with Dr. Janssen and especially AnaMaria, I had to write a review and say how much I appreciate this office. Hopefully the surgery gets approved and I’ll update this soon :). Thanks again Dr Janssen, the world needs more people in health care like him, and more people with the amount of compassion and grace that AnaMaria has!

Mr. Janssen is no professional (not using dr. because it makes true MDs look bad). He prostitutes himself to insurance companies for BIG $$$. Shame on you sir! Because he took my case, I became a patient. He 'diagnosed' me w/o ever meeting me and w/o even viewing my imaging, causing me and my loved ones, harm. You violate the very oath you took! You are a disgrace!

Dr. Janssen is no professional, he is a hack! He attempted to diagnose me w/o ever meeting me or viewing actual imaging. What a disgrace!

Every person I encountered, from reception to Dr Janssen was kind, caring and helpful. Dr Janssen took time to explain my physical issues and what could be done to fix them with a warm caring demeanor. I felt I was not talked down to but given clear precise information and treatment offers. Highly recommend.

Contacted Dr. Janssen's office, got MRI then appt. The mechanical degenerative process was explained so that I understood the problem and the surgical solution which was offered without pressure to have it.
