The only reason for 4 stars is because I was seen well after my scheduled appointment time. Also, they took an extra week to call me with their availability. Over all it was a great experience.

Office staff was very friendly. Had to wait quite a while after appointment time. Dr. was very friendly, professional & compassionate Very informative about the procedurein terms that i understood. Made me feel at ease while explaining what he was doing & why. He took his time & didn't hurry me while I asked questions about my injury & the procedure I was receiving.

Dr. Lersten was very personable and professional in responding to my questions and explaining the procedure with me and my wife as I was undergoing it. I had numerous questions of him and I never got the feeling that he was being rushed in answering my questions. I have complete confidence in him and would readily recommend him to my friends if the need ever arose.

I would recommend Dr. Lersten! He is an awesome resource. Thoughtful and thorough. He explained things in both technical and a down to earth way that made sense. Friendly, compassionate, an all around great doctor.

Dr. Lersten was great. Listened to everything I said, took into account all my previous appts at other places, all the treatment I have done already. Came up with a plan, made sure I was good with the plan, and moving forward.

Dr. Lersten worked with my 82 year old mother with severe arthritis in her spine. He helped her get relief from sciatic pain however, he also identified that she has severe neuropathy and explained what was the treatment and outcome. He set my mom up with Balance physical therapy and was honest with her about the need for this treatment to keep her quality of life from deteriorating. He looked her in the eye and compassionately but sternly informed her of the downsides if she didn’t try to acquire new tools to keep her from falling due to her diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr Lersten for treatment of back pain!
