List of Mountain Rheumatology's Reviews
Had to call twice to get an appointment. The first time it routed me to voicemail and I never got a call back. When I finally saw Dr. Korman, he just seemed checked out, unexpressive, lackadaisical, and just seemed like he’s punching the clock and practicing medicine with the least amount of effort possible. I’m not trying to be rude, just honest. I want to see a doctor who seems to enjoy practicing medicine and putting the work into helping people get better and live their best life. I felt really sad that he cared so little and didn’t even try and also didn’t even bother to have his office call in the prescription medication he said I should try. I don’t even want to bother calling that office to remind them. It’s clear they’re just going through the motions. I’d expect this type of work ethic from somewhere like King Soopers or a big box store but not a rheumatology office. Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend getting your care at this office. If you require any kind of work up to figure things out or put the pieces together, this is not your guy or place for medical care.
Dr Korman is the best. He takes the time to answer any questions we may have, and is truly caring. My husband has RA and Dr Korman has worked with us for a number of years to find a remedy to control the pain and deteriorating effects of the disease. We think the world of him. Vic and Paula Bielser
Office staff is not helpful. Doctor and staff are not coordinated and requests and follow up fall through the crack. I like the doctor when you talk to them but after appt it’s case forgotten. Billing team is responsive and nice. Again, love the doc during appt but after appt no follow up and agreed on action steps are not completed. Regrets
Dr. Shrock has been my doctor for almost 6 years now. She is always understanding and very helpful with what I'm going through. Living with RA is no fun, but she always manages to help smile and moving forward in treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Shrock to any going through the pain I'm going through.
Dr Srock is brilliant and thoughtful.
I see Dr. Srock from this practice. She is an excellent doctor. She listens to her patients and provides great care. The office staff is knowledgeable and professional. Any time I need an appointment I can get one quickly. Any time I have had an issue Dr. Srock has been able to solve it. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Srock is an outstanding doctor. She listens carefully and is thorough with her care formulation and explaining her thought process. Very caring and compassionate with a warm demeanor.
Absolutely horrible. As a organizational management professional and certified mediator, I wish to notify others of the personal experience I had with Dr Kathleen Srock and Britney (office manager). I have had extensive bloodwork done since 2020 to present that showed I had a specific autoimmune desease and, upon moving to Denver, I was referred by my primary care physician to this office. I filled out all the paperwork in detail, uploaded pictures, and notified them of the dermatologist, rheumatologist, ophthalmologist visits I had in my previous state. The pain is in my hands and we do everything with our hands!! The dr said "I don't know what you have, go to a dermatologist, or let me look up other rheumatologists who might know" and started googling during the visit (handwritten notes here from her google search). When I begged her to try because referrals take time, she said "I guess I can ask for bloodwork." I said never mind I'll find another rheumatologist and was told I didn't owe a copay so I left thinking she waived it because she couldn't help me. They billed my insurance and mailed a $60 copay bill. When I called the office manager to dispute it and explain, she was focused on the transaction saying if I don't pay she will send me to collections. I asked her to empathize with the pain I felt in my hands and have to endure until I get another referral. She was careless, took the payment, and hung up. It hurts to type this as my hands are in pain, but I want to prevent others who have pain from getting this negative experience.

I had given a positive review at first because my appointment with the doctor went well. Everything since has been unprofessional and ridiculous! To not have anyone get results for my labs for over three weeks, and the doctor hasn’t gone through them with me to explain why it’s taking so long despite me paying for them is not ok! What kind of practice charges for a service they don’t follow up on?! Don’t go to these doctors if you want any information regarding your health! They’ll take your money and not tell you a thing!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
