List of Natalia Grob's Reviews
I have been at this for a long time. 5 years- dozens of medicated cycles. 2 chemical pregnancies. 2 failed IUIs at another clinic. I love love love Dr. Grob. I am not someone who needs a hand holder- I look at Infertility Specialist like they are “mad” scientists who have got lots to do. I tell people that I chose my OB for the warm fuzzies- I don’t need that with my REI. She tells you from day one that face to face appointments with her are not super frequent. she gives you her email address if you have questions directly- but you must be prepared that you’re getting face time with the support staff more than anyone: and I don’t think there is anything wrong with that. My consult with her felt collaborative and I felt like she answered my questions without any fuss. She’s just very good at just setting expectations from the start. That all being said Dr. Grob is LOVELY. She’s very warm. Very friendly. We went into this process knowing that I was high risk for OHSS and they were as conservative with meds as possible- and even after I still went into OHSS she was so ready and prepared. She gave me her personal cell number to skip the desk if I needed anything before my follow up procedure to deal with all of my retaining fluid. And she was so supportive to me as I chose to do said procedure awake and did not anticipate the full meltdown I was going to have mid-way since I’m typically made of tougher stuff: Personally if you are not seeing her outside of your consults and procedures- things are going smoothly. I am now 8 weeks out from my retrieval- getting ready to transfer and I know I’m in great hands
The worse experience I have had with a doctor to date. She did not listen to my concerns. I felt as though she was pressuring me with IVF when I did not make an appointment for IVF. I have gotten other opinions from Specialists that did not limit me to IVF. I would not trust her. She is only there to pursue her agenda and does not care about the patient. I felt uncomfortable when she pressured me to follow her on instagram. She claims that she posts "health tips" when its clearly selfies of her at the grand canyon. I guess using your "Dr." title and Conceptions is a great way to gain followers. She charged me for an hour when I was with her for maybe 30 minutes. When I asked questions about the company and specific statistics about live births, she could not answer them and just vaguely told me that they were number 1. As soon as I left her office to go to a separate room. I had a few questions for her and asked the nurse if I could speak to Dr. Grob for a second. I was then told that she was already with another client. Do not trust her. Get other opinions.
The entire process has been abysmal with Dr. Grindler, now Dr. Grob. She clearly did not read our chart/file, gave generic answers to all of our questions (when she actually answered them) and was overall terrible to talk with. She rushed our virtual meetings (which were near impossible to get scheduled) and gave terrible advice stating that we needed to avoid “toxins”, eat tofu, and ~relax~. She then recommended another IVF cycle ASAP before trying an FET even though we told her we couldn’t afford it. We have zero confidence in her as a provider and will be switching providers, perhaps clinics, as soon as humanly possible. As far as we’ve seen, she would rather focus on her social media account than care for her patients (she made sure to plug her Insta twice before the end of the appointment). I have no clue how she is employed by the “best” IVF clinic in the country.
She doesn't listen. She only had her opinion and acts like the patients feelings dont matter. She treats patients like they are just another large some of money in her pocket. She also doesn't research the patients medical history and prescribes dangerous medicine when they shouldn't be taking it!
The infertility process is a challenging one to go through but I always felt more confident in my options and chances for success after meeting with Dr. Grindler. She and her team were very responsive with all of my questions and concerns and ultimately got us through the process and we are now expecting our first child. I look forward to working with her again in the future as we create the rest of our family.
She met with us knowing our wishes (and having our medical history, less than 6months old) and rather than having a forthright conversation then, she made us do a ton of invasive testing, costing a few thousand dollars, to just say what we asked for was not possible.
The amount of misinformation given to us by Dr Grindler was mind blowing. Plenty of eggs on one hand, worried about running out 2 sentences later. A diagnosis with none of the symptoms she even described. When told we didn’t present any of those symptoms she dumbed it down even more to “your brain is trying real hard to get your body to work”. Our experience was so bad I question if Dr Grindler even read our chart. Dr Grindler is in the business of selling IVF. If you want real answers, look somewhere else.
Paid a lot of money for consultation and it felt like Dr. Grindler was reading from a script and talking to me as if I was a third grader. I did not feel confident with her explanation or decisions.
We had our first visit with Dr. Grindler. She is extremely professional, polite, and enthusiastic about helping us. I feel that she is an expert in her field and she will get us the results we need.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
