I had a colonoscopy a couple weeks back, after the results were reviewed I received a call from a Jon Allison pc telling me I needed to begin taking a medication for a condition I have, he carefully explained the prescription I needed had no cost and after I asked if it was covered by my insurance and not needing a prescription authorization he said no. This man has no idea of what I needed, I went to pick up my prescription and they told me I needed a pre-authorization, after I called for one i went again to pick up the script only to be told it would cost me $400+ .i called last 3 days asking to speak with this clown, only the operator would leave a message for him, I won't return to this clowns Den again after many years of good care, it doesn't exist here anymore, go else where for your care!

After posting a negative review. NJH reached out to us 9 mths later offering to help rectify our problem. We answered them as requested, talked to one of their reps and have test to hear back anything. What a joke!

Better transparency/communication of "facility fees". Also when calling to dispute a charge and a patient is told a supervisor will investigate and call you back, don't expect them to actually call you back within 2 months.

Terrible service. Dysfunctional and unresponsive front office. Multiple ball drops. Unless you enjoy a huge hassle, recommend that you avoid this organization.

We are one week into our two week stay in pediatric pulmonology department. The care, the knowledge and overall quality we have experienced from nurses to physicians, has been nothing short of gold standard. My daughter was apprehensive and nervous, as any 12 year-old would be naturally, and each team member we have encountered has gone above and beyond and making her comfortable and calm. I'd like to thank each and everyone. I couldn't recommend this hospital and staff more highly.

Just don't. Fancy building with the whole VIP check experience. Yay. They will run extensive and expensive labs (not all covered by insurance) that show that you do-in fact- have alarming numbers but then gas light you unless you actually have such bad numbers that it "qualifies " you for a disease. My inflammation markers are TRIPLE what they should be-yet the Rhuem NP looked me square in my face and told me there was nothing from a Rhuem standpoint - in less than 10 minutes of my second appointment with her. Then they will just send you to another specialist at the same hospital to go thru the exact same experience. Literally the definition of insanity. Save your money and find a Functional MD or Integrative Dr in your city who will actually look at your whole body and get to the root cause. Take care and happy healing!

They will take advantage of you financially. Make sure you have everything in writing prior to procedures. There is some kind of fraud that is taking place at this hospital and I advise any patient receiving care here to look for another location where they are more transparent with their costs and procedures. The quality of care appears within reason until you realize they are charging you a hospital visit every time you enter a room in the hospital which adds up significantly. The doctors will advise on procedures that should be done, but are not necessary and will not provide you the results after the procedures. This is absolutely a financial gain of hospitals taking advantage of patients and miscoding to apply more costs to patients. If you have experienced this reach out to Colorado department of health to advise them of this fraud.

Reminds me a little of Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles. One chic modern building with a cafe in it and older surrounding buildings. I like how organized it is. There are check in bays everywhere. The admin staff is friendly and ready to assist. -- Urgent Care My private insurance got mixed up and told me that their urgent care was an allergy clinic. I thought I could get an allergy test there the same day. That was 100% not the case. When I arrived everyone was confused and I was told that it was an urgent care with a respiratory health focus. Okay then. I saw a doctor about my ails and got set up in their portal system and was then able to be referred to an allergist who set up my allergy test and treatment plan. Medicaid They take it. It's such a nice hospital. I was pleasantly surprised that they accepted Medicaid. When my insurance changed to Medicaid, there was no problem and now more things are covered. Getting blood drawn There was an angry lady there who was hurting me and yelling at me. I told the admin lady and she went back to see what the issue was. It was early morning and I thought she might need a donut or something. Pulmonary Got a bunch of tests. All seemed very efficient and friendly. I like that I can see the results immediately in my patient portal. Allergy They don't mess around. After doing a full back prick test (and being very allergic) they came up with a 3-5 year treatment plan for me!!! I had mentioned doing allergy shots for 6 months in Los Angeles and in Virginia previously. They just looked at me like that was child's play. :)

This place is the worst!!! They run alot of expensive tests that were repeats. No diagnosis and I am still waiting over 25 days for them to read an impedance test. I have repeatedly called our Ambassador, the doctor's nurse, the records department, and the clinic nurse line. Ridiculous!!! They are not a top hospital. What a joke.

We had our Thursday appointment and I'm happy to say we were pleased. The check in process is still strange, but I understand it probably works for their system. We saw a new dr and he met with us for 90 minutes. Kevin Michael Rurak MD. He's very new to National Jewish and gathered his medical team to start scheduling appointments and procedures. He's very articulate, listens, and I think will be a great dr for my husband. He's young, but very knowledgeable and I was impressed that he had taken the time before the appointment to review the prior files. We go back Monday morning for a 7 am appointment. We met one of his team members and she seems to be a valuable member. The ladies at the check in counters are friendly and checked us in very quickly.
