The two providers I worked with there were great. However my issue started when all of my claims were submitted at once and I found myself with a huge balance. I asked for the office manager to call me back since the accounting department was short with me. I've been their patient for over a year and never had a balance before. My treatment was terminated due to the balance. I'm on a payment plan but unable to get the assistance I need. I would at least expect a call back.
