Coming here is the best part of my week! Charlotte and Jordan have helped me tremendously. The energy here is great and both of them are always so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend coming here! The price is right, the work they do is great, and you won’t find anywhere better to go!!

Although Jordon and Charlotte were friendly enough, their non-typical approach to acupuncture did not work for me. After committing to their three-package offer to assess my issues, the unfortunate result was that my issues addressed worsened substantially. Jordon, after being told of the results only commented that "that is not good" and that he could not help me. Following that, however, he did offer to do another session. I declined, since I certainly did not want to continue worsening. Jordon was referred to me by someone who found he did help them; however, it absolutely was unsuccessful and caused further distress for me!

I came to new vibes because of the residual pain and discomfort from a broken finger. After several visits the pain in my finger has greatly subsided and I have regained much of my dexterity! I have used acupuncture before with okay results. What sets New Vibes apart is the education and planning they provided for me. The consultation was extremely insightful and it made me think about my health in a way I never had before. Thank you Jordan and Charlotte!

I came to New Vibes because of pain, I come back for my overall health. With Jordan and Charlotte I have found an extremely welcoming and encouraging support system that has helped me to begin (in earnest!) a weight loss, exercise, and mindfulness practice. I look forward to every session and leave feeling relaxed, focused, and ready to take on any challenges that face me. They have been a critical partner in my journey and I am very thankful to have found them.

As a person who isn’t a fan of needles. This is an experience you need to try at least once in your life. Charlotte, the front desk receptionist shared her experience with acupuncture, which I appreciate her openness and making sure I’m comfortable. However, meeting Jordan for the first time I appreciate him taking his time with me. Explaining the in depth about acupuncture and creating goals for my alignment. After my first session, I feel like butter on pancakes. Thanks New Vibes😁.
