North Star’s team cares about you, educates you on addiction and sets you up for success after treatment. North Star has a very compassionate, and qualified staff that provides quality treatment for those who suffer from addiction. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!

My father was there for just over two weeks to rehab from an illness. I had some interaction with the administrator and the staff which I found was excellent in answering questions and arranging extended care for my dad on his departure. The staff from custodian to food service was excellent and my dad had good things to say about the level of service he was getting.I’m familiar with the neighborhood in SW Denver and many of the staff spoke Spanish which made it possible for my dad to interact with the staff to answer his questions and communicate requests and his needs. The building is an older building in the area but I found the custodian staff attentive to making sure common areas and his room were kept clean etc.Overall all the staff appeared to be upbeat had a great attitude even when some of the patients were having some issues.

The Human Resources director and other employees are rude and very unprofessional. I recommend no one bring their loved ones here or even work here. I seen it first hand how residents are being treated, it is terrible. Some areas aren't cleaned. Stay away from this place.

If you love your family member do not bring them here. They abuse their patients. 100 percent. Leave them in soiled briefs, they mock them to their face, tell them they hate them, and to top it off physically abuse them. There will be a lawsuit coming in the future. Don't think we don't know. We do.

We have had a family member at North Star for over 10 years and we are so happy with the care she receives. They run an excellent facility, but also focus on the individual residents with daily engagement, activities, and an overall feeling of a real community.

I received GREAT care at North Star for the 9 months I lived there, The staff & Management are very nice, caring, helpful. I would recommend this facility to any one.

I stayed at North Star for a short respite stay. I really enjoyed my stay, the building was very clean and nice. The nurses and CNA were very professional, and were attentive to my needs. The other staff in the kitchen and admin staff were also very helpful. I would return to North Star if I ever needed nursing services again.
