List of Onpoint Internal Medicine At Harvard Park's Reviews
Excellent service from the best medical team that I have ever had the pleasure to be a patient with. They were extremely attentive to all of my needs. Excellent patient care and customer service. I highly recommend them.
I had gone for the first time to establish myself with a primary care provider. I had shared my concerns and fears of having previous providers not listening to my concerns and incorrectly ordering unnecessary tests and ect. As a nurse and being in healthcare myself I know how patients should be treated. The provider I was with although seeming to listen and want to get to the bottom of what was going on sent me to draw labs and then had me come in to review results. The next week I came in as directed even though results could have been reviewed over the phone. Therefore I again had to take time out of my day with a toddler to drive down to the office and pay an unnecessary co pay. The provider didn’t even look at her notes prior to entering the room and had forgotten if she had met me before. I had to remind her of the plan she had set out depending on the lab work and at that point she checked her notes and said “oh yeah!, I see I did say that”. She then sent me to do an mri for my symptoms of joint pain to specifically test for ms. When I came in to review those results and having to pay another unnecessary co pay to review results. The same provider asked how my headaches were doing ( I never had headaches and she sent me to do the test for joint pain). So not only did she forget my name and why she sent me to do the test in the first place I had to pay an extra $750 for the mri I was not expecting and am still being asked to pay more for the copay and I am now being billed for 67 dollars extra after the original payment from labcorp. I will not be going back to this practice and was hopeful this office would be different. The office staff are however kind and the male lab corp phlebotomist was amazing. But everything else about my experience at on point was horrible.
Alan Grady is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and explain the healthcare options to me as a patient. The entire staff is also excellent.
I have been seeing Erin Ramsay for a few years now. She provides comprehensive and compassionate care and I am very happy to be in her hands. My huge gripe is that the front desk for the clinic is routinely short, unwelcoming, and rarely acknowledge the person standing in front of them. I have had many experiences with various people at the front desk (and as a person who literally does the same job) I cannot express how vital it is to MAKE EYE CONTACT to tell your patient in the waiting room they are up next, you are ready to check them in or out, and more than anything, you are prioritizing them over the phone or the computer screen. If the front desk treated the patients in a welcoming way, I would give them 5 stars.
De. Reddy is the best! Thoughtful diagnosis, great bedside manner. Listens to patients concerns!
The appt was on time and Dr. Palmquist was very helpful.
I met with Caroline Vickers for my annual Medicare physical. She is fairly new to the practice. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, a good listener...I was very impressed by her. Other staff I have met with over the years, such as Erin Ramsay, have been equally impressive.
As usual, an excellent experience. Thanks.
Caroline Vickers is a great APRN. She is super sweet and accommodating even when I missed my appointment. She was able to answer all my questions and respond to my follow up questions on the patient portal super quickly. It's a nice office with super kind staff, and made for a very pleasant visit.
Very organized. Caroline Vickers was great and gave us lots of time to discuss my medical concerns

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
