I have been working with Lynn for years now and my experience with her has been even better when she joined Paramount Health Directions because she had the time to really spend with me to chat through my entire health. All practitioners work together.

I understand needing 2-3 business days (even for urgent requests) but making patients feel guilty for having the anxiety surrounding when they will get their medications is a whole new low. Urgent requests for mental health should be taken as such, urgent. This office missed 6 calls from a health insurer, 3 calls from a pharmacy, and received 3 voicemails from me giving them a heads-up on the request—over 5 hours. This is NOT rare at PHD.
