The DON martha needs to be talked to by the head people over her. My sister worked here thru agency. Now the company don't want to pay the agency and lied on my sister.Charge nurse name Elizabeth signed my sister paperwork and told her to go home at 6pm because she was not need it after completing showers. Also said that she was really good and put on her paperwork she left at 10 and signed it. The story they kept giving out kept changing. Martha didn't want to talk to my sister, so now this causes me to step in. This not okay with me and we will be getting a Nurse attorney involved and going to state. You can not just make of lies like this. This can be serious action in the medical field. If the president of this company can contact me, that would be great.

Excellent staff. Caring and attentive. I met with the hospice team. They were generous with their time and answered our concerns. My brother is comfortable, and comforted by the staff.

Don’t!! There are so many other places. Clean places. Friendly places. Healthy and caring places that are adequately staffed with trained and knowledgeable people. Good doctors unlike Parkview doctors. I’ve have seen so many other facilities since my family member has been at Parkview. Please do your research.

The administrator, the receptionist and the medicine nurse are very nice. I did what one of the other relatives suggested. I sit back and watched this weekend. The call lights weren't answered for two hours. The workers were talking among themselves. I called the person who answered didn't act like she understood English. I listened to the residents talk. My loved one was left on a bed pan for two hours. This is a place to go when you can't find anywhere else. It should only be used short term. I don't want my loved one here more than a few weeks. This place worries me.After this post, I did receive a call from Chad. He did seem to care about the weekend staffs behavior. So maybe all that needs to be done is bringing the behavior to someone's attention.

Very good Long Term Care Facility predominantly Hispanic. Exceptional staff and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Wound Care Nurses available as well as a Restorative program.. Exceptional Activities Department. Houses approximately 70+ residents.

My mom stayed here for about two weeks in may.. I really loved the the staff mainly ms. Wonda... Very clean and very good schedule that every one knows.. The cna's were very cool and very nice except 1 or 2...
