I love it here. Briana at the front desk is so kind and helpful. She makes you feel super comfortable and able to ask questions. She takes the time to double check things and goes above and beyond to be kind and does a great job. I see Liz Sweeney and she’s incredible. She is diligent and throughout and really looks at the whole picture. She takes the time to ask questions to clarify and also does such detailed exams. I feel so comfortable and listened to! They really don’t make practices like this anymore and I’m so grateful to be a patient at such an incredible spot!

I had an appointment with Jordan Costlow FNP and she was absolutely wonderful! She listened to all my concerns and was so thorough and kind.

I am madly in love with this office, and with Elizabeth Sweeney. I have had nothing but above average and ultra positive experiences since I started coming here a few years back, when they were on Colorado Boulevard. The nurses are attentive and professional, giving me some of the best needle sticks I have ever had, and trust me, I have had a lot. And Elizabeth Sweeney could not be more terrific. She is open, candid, compassionate, concerned, funny, and I feel she really listens to me and wants me to feel better. Together, she and I celebrate the victories and work to solve the problems. I originally picked this office at random based on its close proximity to where I live, and it is honestly one of the happiest accidents of my life. My voicemails and portal messages are answered promptly, and any questions or concerns that I have are addressed thoroughly. I have gone through some scary health issues over the past five or six years, but Elizabeth Sweeney and her staff have been by my side every step of the way, and I am so grateful to have them in my corner.

I honestly didn't want to leave a 1 star review because I feel that it'll reflect poorly on the provider, but getting in touch with this office has absolutely been a nightmare. I had bloodwork drawn on May 14th and have had a lot of anxiety around my results. I have had to keep calling to see if the results had come in (10 days after the bloodwork was drawn, they finally had the results, which they notified me over text. They said the lab was short staffed, so I get it, not their fault). The messaging and answering service they use is SO unresponsive. He would text me, but not answer my phone calls and half-respond to the questions I had. He told me that my results would be reviewed with me on June 10th, which is an entire month from my initial appointment. I've been trying to get in touch with someone IN the actual office, and was reached out to today to just be met with SO MUCH attitude that I was even requesting callback (and still no one to help answer my questions). She kept telling me, "It's not within my scope to release the results", which is not even close to what I was asking of her. She then told me she would ask the provider to release my results. I asked her if she could provide a timeframe to which her response was "Jordan is in the office on Monday and periodically checks her computer". I attempted to clarify what she meant, as this was not really a response to my question, and she kept repeating the same thing, getting more frustrated as I asked for clarification. The provider, Jordan, is amazing, but it seems that everything surrounding getting in touch with the office has been a nightmare and so disheartening, especially considering I came to them in a time of struggle with things that have been going on with my health. As someone who works in healthcare, I'm embarrassed FOR the answering service and front desk's patient communication and care. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy.

Such a wonderful office. I received absolutely excellent care from Elizabeth (NP) here. As someone who works in medicine, I was completely impressed by her bedside manner and overall attentiveness. It is obvious that she deeply cares for her patients. I would absolutely recommend this practice to my loved ones, and in fact am already sending my partner this way!

I just left my 1st visit with this office and could not be happier. I did have to leave a voice message when I called to schedule but got a call back within an hour and scheduled within 2 weeks. The NP, Liz Sweeney, took time with me and I felt she was really listening. The staff was kind and pleasent. They were very thourough and efficent with all of my questions and concerns. They made sure to inform me of finiacial issues I might see happend with my insurance, and did a great job at making me feel confortable to contact them with any and all questions. I 100% recommend this office to anyone looking. It is also in a really cute neighborhood. So happy!!!!!

Dr. Lisa changed my life immeasurably - I Cant recommend her more highly. She heard me. Not just heard my words, but really listened. I lost 50 lbs without working out or dieting. My anxieties have been halved — life feels attainable and enjoyable for what feels like the first time in my adult professional life. This practice is wonderful and I’m very grateful.

We've been seeing the Dr's at Pearl Family Medicine for over 10 years. Dr Rothgerry is a excellent Dr. The staff goes out of their way to help. We highly recommend this Dr.
