Premier Family Medicine's Online Review Report Card

I had an excellent experience at Premier Family Medicine. From the moment I walked in the staffs were very welcoming and professional. The reception were very friendly, and made my check in process smooth. The nurses were equally just as friendly and checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable. I really felt the professionalism from everyone. If you are looking for a clinic where you wanna be genuinely cared for, I highly recommend Premier Family Medicine.

I'm giving the one star for the front staff and the MA's. Lady at the front desk who says she's the "office manager" is very incompetent. She's very unprofessional and very rude. She can't even answer the phone in a professional manner. MA's are not friendly at all. I was unemployed and going through financial hardship, and the MA demanded my copay like she was the Dr. I eventually paid my bills and was told I owe which was incorrect unless the front desk staff didn't apply my payment properly. They NEVER answer the phones after 3:00, and they need to change their office hours posting on the front door because its totally incorrect. Annnd, I guess the Dr who was there on 10/21/24 is ignorant because they didn't fill a script I really needed when I was suffering. Apparently, if you're not their patient the Dr doesn't care about other patients. I even called 3 times that day and was told it would get done that day, unless, of course, the MA didn't do her job and follow through. I've NEVER SEEN A SMILE ON ANYONE'S FACE, except my Dr and a very kind MA who was filling in temporarily. Customer service is key, and you will not find that here. This is a medical office, and your patients should come first. That's the whole concept of medical practice. I only go there because Dr. Shah is awesome. I wish the owners would give these people training in customer service I doubt the practice has anyone in IT or marketing because I do not see one response to these reviews.

This place is horrendous! Nobody answers my calls or voicemails and responds to me and when I'm being told someone will call me they never do!! My primary doctor doesn't listen to me and attend to my needs as a provider and when I voiced my concerns I was told a manager would call me and nobody has called me. When I do labs or tests and the results come nobody bothers to call me to discuss anything and they when I do call they say they will have Mr provider give a call, I wait weeks and nothing. I have to call and email multiple times to get a response and even then I don't get a response and every time I'm there I have to wait in the waiting area for over an hour to be seen I'm going elsewhere this place is horrendous they don't care about their patients or anybody or anything

I've been here twice and the staff and medical professionals are caring and take on a human approach. I lacked that at other medical facilities so it's quite refreshing to say the least. Highly recommend 👌🏾

Dr. Abdelsalam is not reliable by any stretch of the imagination. Made 3 different appointments on-line and when I arrived I found out the doctor was not working. The front desk person was rude and didn't make eye contact. Divided not receive any care what so ever. Do not go to this facility.!!!

I have been a visitor to this clinic for at least five years. It used to be a good clinic with Dr. Misbah and Dr. Rasha. But I was surprised by the manner of one of the staff, who was called (Doctor). Let's talk first, the medical profession is more humane than professional. Secondly, I did not forget this doctor who did not give my wife medicine because she suffers from Covid-19. She was a cause of concern for my children who are under nine years old because I told her I do not want to go to the emergency room. I want to get a prescription. Sometimes my wife wants to get oxygen. I have never stopped criticizing this clinic, especially since my wife suffers from shortness of breath. I will continue to do this everywhere. Finally, if something happens to my wife, know that I will pay you professionally and financially.(I called the clinic 21 times and no one answered)

Worst doctors and worst assistants. They just care about money and not patients

Premier sent my labs to an out of network laboratory despite telling them multiple times which lab to send to, received a bill and they refuse to pay for their mistake. Impossible to get someone on the phone and the manager is never in office to speak with.

Dr. Abdelsalem is the best and the only doctor I felt has ever really listened to me and heard my concerns. She really cares and it shows. I will say that the front desk staff isn't the greatest and the nurses seem to always have a hard time drawing my blood.

This urban general practice, in Eastern Denver, is a true place for health and healing. The doctors, and their staff, are as diverse as they are carrying for their patients. I cannot recommend this place enough.
