I’ve been a patient here for years and not only is the care team the best I’ve ever worked with (if you’ve sought mental health care, you know how important that is), but, the office staff is amazing as well. They all go above and beyond and I cannot recommend this practice enough!

I have been seeing Dr. Mary O’Hara for around 2 years. She’s an excellent provider, always listens to my concerns, and never rushes through appointments. The office staff is super speedy and I’ve never waited more than a day for a response or med refill. Def recommend if you want personalized care from a compassionate practice.

I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience working with Jessica Bradburn and the rest of the team. I always feel supported and well educated on my options. Jessica takes the time to understand your concerns and is extremely patient. Yoxelin is also always super helpful if I reach out with any questions.

Doctor Richmond has literally saved my life. I came here 6 years ago and was so severely depressed I was unable to do daily tasks. He kept at it until I was stable and than continued to help me to achieve stable mental health. Do yourself a favor and go and see him. The office staff are fabulous as well.

I was just trying to be seen as a patient while having a very difficult time and they put me through the ringer trying to be set up as a new patient for 3 weeks even though I have amazing insurance... just to discharge me!!! So much for helping people! The scheduling lady couldn't tell me what my copay would be but was happy to push to schedule me and get my credit card info to charge $200 if I cancelled. Understandably I told her I had to figure out what my copay was first then... While I did that, they blew up my phone trying to secure my appointment with both calls AND text messages... My insurance said it was covered. Psyche said it wasn't. So I got my insurance provider and psyche on a three way call to make sure everyone was on the same page... Everything was fine. Then a few days before my appointment I get a random email from some other lady telling me I've been discharged and they can't see me... so clearly they're running some BS money grubbing business... capitalizing on other people's mental distress. Horrifying business and model. Horrifying people who work there.

Run away now. Providers constantly showed up late to appointments, that is if you could get one scheduled. Office workers are less than helpful in scheduling and often times contributed to increased anxiety. Save your time, and your mental health, and find a different provider today.

When a patient is in distress it is a psychiatrist's job to help. Instead this doctor and their rude assistant dropped me as a client when I expressed such distress, and refused to prescribe my regular medication despite being in dire need. Do not use them. They do not care about your struggles. And they also drop clients after only 1 year, which is not even close to industry standard. Oh, and their scheduling system is awful. They don't answer the phone.

I have referred many people to Dr. Richmonds's practice for medication and they have always had a positive experience. Dr. Richmond is passionate about helping people feel better and has a great tram of prescribers. The practice has immediate openings and in-person appointments. I highly recommend this practice for medication evaluation and management.

Complicated paperwork (nothing like your average patient intake) using Spruce took a long time to complete but Jasmine offered reassurance and instruction! Once completed & once virtual visit with Jessica began, I was struck by the compassion and reassurance provided by each and every individual involved in the process. I look forward to my next appointment and anticipate a positive outcome all around. Thanks to everyone for their support and understanding! Great way to begin a New Year!

Ridiculously hard to get in touch with my doctor. She sent in the wrong prescription twice now. The secretary wouldn’t let me have a word with her and assured me she was going to call in for Ritalin, not Journey. I’ve never taken Journey. I waited for hours at the pharmacy. When I finally got in touch with Psyche Denver they said they called in the prescription I asked for. I went to pick it up and it turns out I picked up Journey.. I just spent over $400 dollars on the wrong medication because my doctor isn’t available.
