Horrible horrible Service…. Jaime LeComte Is the biggest waste of time. Let’s not even get into Sabrina.. they canceled my appointment without even asking if I had another insurance (which I have blue cross blue shield through my employer) but they just went ahead and canceled becuase they felt like it.. I would definitely avoid this place at all cost… especially Jaime and Sabrina.. they are as useful as a wet rock on a lake bed.

Not sure if it has anything to do with the fact that there are no actual psychiatrists at this practice, but seems uncharacteristic a mental health provider does not provide individualized care and instead resorts to “blanket policies”. If you want patient centered individualized trauma informed care, go elsewhere! Trying to find a psychiatry office that will work on transitioning care from Dallas. I currently get 5-10 lorazepam tablets every 6 months from my current prescriber due to PTSD and Eric on the phone said they “have a blanket no benzo policy” and was not able to articulate fully why beyond judging other practitioners who do prescribe the drug and that they will “catch up with the research that’s been out about ten years eventually” And then listed that the drug can mess with cognition - duh if you take it 5 times a day and not once a month. Glad I found a licensed psychiatrist and not a nurse practitioner to give me the individualized care I am entitled to.
