I chose Dr Macdonald after meeting with 4 surgeons. I can say with certainty that I chose correctly. He is an outstanding surgeon and his bedside manner is flawless. So very happy with the outcome and the entire process. 100% highly recommended.

I attempted to attend my initial consult for hernia repair complications. Office was aware my treatment was from the VA, but they had no protocols for handling records from the VA. This office called me the day of my appointment to cancel because they failed at obtaining my records. The day prior I was in the ER, but they did not care. They told me it would be a waste of the doctor's and my own time... I COMPLETELY DISAGREE. This office showed no care or regard for me as a patient and as a disabled veteran. They literally left me without care! AND refused to see me!! GREAT TREATMENT! This practice is complete garbage. Medical professionals should show empathy and actually care.. This office does not! Simply put! If you are a new patient, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr MacDonald is personable and efficient. He has a great bedside manner and I am comfortable with what he tells me. His staff is fantastic too!

I couldn't be happier with the care I received from Dr. MacDonald. He's a good listener with excellent bedside manner. He's knowledgeable, caring and personable, an excellent surgeon who fixed my hernia flawlessly and with very little discomfort.

Amazing medical office. The receptionist is a genuine caring person. The nurse and the surgical scheduling coordinator were amazing. Went above and beyond. Helped me with all the extensive and excessive paperwork from my employer. Dr. McDonald ended up doing my surgery and his beside manner was the best of all the surgeons in the practice. Thank you Roger, Kristina. Sorry I don’t remember the nurse’s name. The receptionist is the best I have ever encountered in the medical field. The receptionist gives you the first impression of a doctor office. She sold the office in the first 5 minutes I was there. I’ll update hopefully with the names of the staff, for a proper shout out

Dr. MacDonald has performed 3 separate surgeries on my husband, left and right inguinal hernia repairs and removal of mesentery tumor with small bowel resection. He explains his procedures thoroughly, takes the time to answer questions and adress the patient's concerns, and is caring and empathetic. Couldn't ask for a better surgeon!
