Rocky Mountain Internal Medicine's Online Review Report Card

My first visit was ok. The receptionist was very unbecoming in that she had welcoming personality whatsoever. This is extremely important since she is the first person you see in the waiting area. That waiting area is so depressing. It looks like a holding cell in a jail! Now I made a telemed appointment and wasn't sure how it worked. When I called, the receptionist did answer and said I should be getting a phone call shortly. 30 minutes went by, then 45 minutes, then an hour. I left a voicemail and two messages through the patient portal and no response. I will NOT be returning as a patient. My time is very valuable and I will do more research in finding a better doctor's office.

I would rate them zero stars if I could. Used Zocdoc, It appears that their policy requires you to be at the office 30 minutes before the appointment. Their reason for canceling was that they tried to call me but my voicemail was full. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, it was still canceled. Granted I did not arrive 15 min before but was not late. Additionally, the receptionist at the front desk did not make eye contact while speaking. I would recommend trying another place.

Do not go here. They never answer the phone and are so unorganized

The best description I could give this organization is a bunch of clueless clowns who are as lost as last year‘s Easter egg and are about as friendly as a herpes infection Besides violating HIPAA multiple times in front of me in the waiting room, it calls into question their ability to keep your information private and secure It is an absolute travesty that their communication is broken and jaded. Do not ever come to this location if you value your health or your sanity. The NP openly pushes medications on you that you definitely do not need. It feels like she was getting a kickback from the pharmaceutical agency by recommending pills that were nowhere near helpful Your insurance will get an insane amount for charges that should be covered because the incompetent staff does not know how to read an insurance card and follow through

I'm remiss to write a negative review but after two very poor experiences I want to share for people looking for a new office. After my first visit, they lost my labs and did not inform me. It took several calls and an additional visit to get this resolved. Next, after a refill request was ignored from my pharmacy, I reached out to find out my doctor was on leave and that the doctor assigned would not prescribe without seeing me. I requested they work with me on timing-they agreed but called in the wrong prescription. They seemed pretty annoyed with me both times and disinterested in figuring out processes on their end to make sure these issues didn't happen to others. Doctor was fine but disorganization overall made this really frustrating.

I booked an appointment through ZocDoc on a Monday for a Tuesday appointment. On Tuesday I am in the car driving to their offices at 11:15 (at the time of the appointment; I'm going to get there 5 minutes late) and I get a call saying that ZocDoc double booked and they need to reschedule. I mention that's it's odd that they wouldn't tell me more in advance considering it's literally the time of the appointment, and the person on the line just repeats themselves that they need to rebook. Get your business together and call potential customers in advance of their appointment to tell them that you need to reschedule. Don't wait until the appointment time. It makes no sense. Also own up to your mistakes in the moment; repeating yourself and ignoring just how asinine the entire situation is only makes people more aggravated and feel more inclined to tell others about their experience through a Google review.

Hands down worst office and establishment i have ever been to. Was told to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Standard. Upon arriving the very small waiting room had a few people also waiting. What wasn't there was someone to check anyone in. As we all sat confused for over a half hour finally someone poked there head out and started asking peoples names at random. Not what time there appointment was or which doctor they were seeing. Just at random. After now over an hour of sitting and waiting I had enough of the chaos and unprofessionalism i experienced. HANDS DOWN AVOID AT ALL COST ! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

I have mixed feelings about this clinic. The doctors, Dr. Julia Constantine, and Dr. Michelle Spektor are absolutely wonderful and have always gone above and beyond in my experiences with them. However, the clinic NEVER answers their phones and the front desk staff are often rude. Also, you must see them every 3 months if you want to get medication refilled for a chronic condition. That would have been fine if someone had told me about that policy BEFORE I ran out of my medication and they refused to refill it. In short, the doctors are great but don’t waste your time at the clinic

I also don’t understand all the negative reviews on here. They were punctual, professional, and had great customer service.
