CDC withdrew mask mandate. I tested negative for CV & asymptomatic, 100% safe. I declined their request to wear mask. In Good conscience, I cannot perpetuate the deception.
The one time I wish you could send a doctor and his staff a bill for wasting you time. First off upon check in if the receptionists would have taken the time to see if the paperwork I presented need to be viewed by them, answer yes, also by the check in nurse answer yes before doctor received them. After three hours of wasting my time and a unprofessional doctor with poor bedside manner, I was insulated from the front desk, to the pronunciation of my name incorrectly with no apology. To the lack of staff to assist with intake, the mask I was demanded to wear caused a rash behind my ears and a smell that induced one of two of my migraines. I was forced to schedule with this rude doctor who's had ever excuse not to help me. I truly felt like I was in the most racist situation and became to upset to deal with him nor another person in his staff. Funny part how do you walk someone out your office suffering 2 severe migraines and not help them properly to the exits, JUST RUDE!! With tears in my eyes in pain thanks for nothing and FYI who cares that you are refusing to take Medicaid patients soon. Bottomline if the front desk would have taken the paperwork and addressed it first I would not be writing this statement and may have not have suffered the multiple migraines. It's still customer service towards patients I thought or am I wrong.
I was there for surgery this morning. Wow, what an excellent group of care givers. From the reception intake, the nurses, to the techs, specialists, they are all top notch. My care was stellar!
This place will tell you you are in network and that your services are covered and then use out of network anesthesiologists. You will get bills months beyond your procedure and when you call them they will tell you “sorry that’s on you” work it out with the anesthesiologist.
Had my first colonoscocpy. After I was administered the medication, I realized and could feel the procedure was starting. To my surprise (and I think the staff) the medication didn't work. I was awake during the entire procedure. It was painful and embarassing. After I went back to my recoup bed, everyone else who had a procedure was sleeping. I got dressed and a nurse walked out with me to my arriving pickup person.
Admin and nurses are amazing! Made my anxiety and stress go away. Procedure went right in schedule. Fantastic experience. I highly recommend.
Had surgery a few days ago and had a very pleasant experience here. From the moment I checked in everyone was very welcoming, kind, polite and attentive. Nurse Kathleen or Kathrine…can’t quite remember was absolutely PHENOMENAL. I just loved her energy and attention to detail. Dr Shadow, the anesthesiologist was also phenomenal. The day after my surgery, he actually called me to see how I was doing in my recovery. I’ve had 4 surgeries prior to this one and have never had the anesthesiologist call to check on me afterwards. That was really surprising but very appreciated. The experience from beginning to end is a testament to why Rose Medical is one of the best hospitals here. But their Wolf PACU…is hands down the best! Thank you all for your time and for taking such great care of me while I was there. I appreciate you all.
The doctor was good and the staff before and after the procedure we were excellent. Unfortunately, the check in front desk area leaves a lot to be desired. I always pay all my bills in full when I get them no matter what I have to do. I never sign up for automatic payment from my visa (Which I do not feel any hospital has a right to have your visa on file because legally you have a right to review every EOB you get to make sure you’re getting billed for the correct amount etc.) The girl at the front desk said I had to sign up for automatic payment or a payment plan from my Visa. I said no I don’t. I informed her that after my insurance paid what they would that I would pay the remaining portion when I received an itemized bill. I even wrote on the form that I did not want to be on a payment plan or automatic payment. and I am not signing up for it. What a scam! Yesterday, I received my bill in the mail. I called to pay my bill over the phone in full, minus the amount I had already paid at checkin. The woman said oh we have you on automatic payment. I informed her I never asked to be put on automatic payment. And that they had No Right to have my card on file. I paid the bill in full but now thinking about it I should have paid it in tiny amounts over months Beware of their billing practices. You do have rights.
Wonderful staff, horrible billing department who curiously screw up the billing codes to overcharge patients - Preventative care is billed as diagnostic, BOOM = $1,000

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
