List of Sol Mental Health's Reviews
Sarah Sheets is an incredible therapist. Having tried therapy a few times previously without success, I was wary when I started seeing Sarah a few years ago. Parts work (IFS) and EMDR have provided great insight and unlocking for me thanks to Sarah's expertise, guidance and thoughtful care. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough.
I am truly happy with the care that I receive at this location. I appreciate the flexibility and understanding when I need to make changes to my appointments. My therapist does a great job at keeping me on track with my treatment goals while recognizing when it’s appropriate to place more focus on aspects of my present life that are causing distress. I am very grateful for the positive impact that SOL has had on my life.
Ive been with Sol, formerly The Collective, for over 2.5 years. My review is specifically of my provider C. Erickson. Chantelle is caring, thorough, and has honestly changed me for the better. She listens and gives guidance that makes me want to excel in life. Her advice is authentic, fair, and honest. She does not sugar coat things which is something I respect. Having a good mental health provider that stays with a company long term is a rarity. I’ve been lucky to be her patient as long as it’s been and I hope I continue that luck into the future. I’ve read the reviews regarding the admin side but I have had very little to no interaction with them to have an opinion. The space is inviting.
I would love to recognize therapist S. Sheets for the outstanding work she has done with me and other clients. S. Sheets is so professional and personable. I have worked with S. Sheets for a long time and she is the reason why I am successful. Thank you.
I’ve been seeing Sarah Sheets for the past five years, and I truly can’t express how much her support has meant to me. She has helped me navigate the overwhelming grief of losing a parent, and Sarah has created a space that has felt safe from day one. She has helped me unpack the pain, confusion, and many layers of emotion that come with such a profound loss. Throughout our time together, Sarah has guided me through the hardest moments with empathy and wisdom, always honoring my pace and validating my experience. She has helped me build resilience, emotional insight, and tools I use daily. It’s rare to find someone so skilled and grounded, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have her by my side through this journey.
Sarah Sheets is an incredible, kind, professional therapist and working with her has changed my life. She skillfully helps me through the EMDR trauma therapy plan we created together, and each session has brought me closer to a healed nervous system. The tools she has given me help me handle my triggers when they arise, allowing me to move much more calmly and presently through each day. I will always be grateful for her thoughtful, patient guidance and can’t recommend her highly enough (and if you’re on the fence about EMDR, I would highly encourage you to give it a go, especially with someone experienced and knowledgeable like Sarah who can help you).
Sarah is incredible! Highly recommend her for talk therapy, RMDR, IFS work, etc. So grateful for the progress I’ve made in my time working with her!
They used to be called The Collective Denver and it appears they've changed their name now. Perhaps because of the fact that they have a Yelp rating of 1.9 under that business name with people describing unethical and predatory experiences with them.
I’ve been a patient of Sarah Sheets’ for 5 years, and started seeing her as a result of the endless stresses of the pandemic. My life has drastically changed since starting therapy with Sarah, and I am more of an emotionally whole and well person now than I’ve ever been. Sarah’s multifaceted approach to therapy combines talk therapy, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR in a graceful and wholistic way that truly supports a patient with good mental healthcare. If I’ve come to understand anything it’s the profound impact therapy can have on someone’s overall health and well being, especially given the high stimulus world and culture we must operate within on a daily basis. I absolutely recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and highly skillful clinician.
I've been in and out of therapy for most of my life, and have never found someone who has helped me as much as Sarah Sheets has. I've been working with her for a little over two years, and during that time she has helped me navigate and work through so much - past traumas through EMDR and parts work, anxiety and depression, mindfulness, and with her help I've now been living alcohol-free for just over a year. No matter how I show up to a session or what I need to work through, she is brilliant in how she approaches every issue I bring to her. Even if we have a plan for what we're going to do during a session, if I need to pivot she is always ready to do so. Amanda Lewis has also been a huge and integral part of my healing. I would not be where I am today without these two women. I truly feel like I can rely on both Sarah and Amanda to think through my individual needs and create a treatment plan to reach my goals. My life has improved drastically since I found Sarah and Amanda, and I'm so grateful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
