Doctor Volin is a game changer! I can not speak highly enough of him. Thank you Dr Volin.

Went in for a 2pm appointment didn't get seen until almost 3pm. From that point on it got worse. Went with my spouse it's his first baby, I knew what to expect sence it was my second child. We were called into ultra sound by a woman who was not so nice. She seemed stressed and not to into the moment and made a couple of back and forth motions with the ultrasound machine on my stomach and basically said here's your baby. Next. Doctor finally shows up in patient room 30-40 minutes later. Apologized for the running behind and late. The staff over booked that day. At this point I was in the office for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I was getting hungry and annoyed. My spouse was just going along for the ride. I was listening to the doctor for 15 minutes after she did a check up. And she literally was THE best rap artist I have ever heard. She summed up a 30 or 20 minute discussion into 10 minutes. Talked so fast and I couldn't even get a question in. And said here is a bag full of panflits if I needed a reference. I tried to ask a question as she was literally walking out of the patient room, about gender of baby and a blood tests. She literally laughed at me and said "yeah if you want to pay $700 out of pocket" and proceeded to walk out the room. This was the most horrible appointment of my life so far. There was not one ounce of compassion or anything to want to remember this first visit other than it was horrible! I will not be returning to this office as it seems this is a normal day for them. I felt like cattle. This should have been a happy visit not something my spouse and I want to forget.

Very trustworthy! I have never had such a positive experience with a doctor. From our first conversation to major surgery, Dr. Volin treated me with thorough attention, knowledgeable expertise, and most importantly, dignity and respect. I recommend him every chance I get.

Dr. Volin, is wonderful always listen's carefully and checks my medical records every time I come in. Discuss’s every medication that I take. I appreciate that! Kat B

This clinic is amazing!

Dr. Volin has been my doctor thought all my children’s pregnancies and births. He is so kind and wonderful to speak with. He is caring and understanding. I love that every time I see him, he remembers who I am, my life story and acknowledges my children. He is more than just a provider and truly sees his patients as people, as women, with value and respect. Wouldn’t think about going anywhere else.

I really liked Dr. Volin. He made me feel very comfortable. He explained what procedures I needed to have done & even gave me pamphlets explaining what I would be going through. Thank you Dr. Volin for making my visit a pleasant one.

I found this Doctor, office and staff to be expert, swift and professional. My experience with North Suburban Medical Center and the associated team of nurses, anesthesiologist and assistants was A+. I can’t imagine a better outcome after surgery and trust this team for all future concerns. I read a selection of the reviews here, and felt compelled to speak up, as Dr. Volin did seem like someone who’s straight-forward, all-business manner could be interpreted as rude, but I liked that he didn’t waste my time. I liked the amount of experience and knowledge he brought to the table.
