Had Dr. Traina work on my shoulder and after a short rehab, it was as good as new. He told me what I needed and executed flawlessly on cleaning up arthritis, reshaping some of my bones and opening the joint up for freer motion. The rehab was short until I was fully back in business. So many professional athletes, who require their bodies to perform at optimum level trust Dr. Traina, my surgery, which was a big deal, was a layup. I cannot imagine allowing anybody else to work on my body.

I've been seeing Dr Traina since the mid-80s when he corrected two botched surgeries from another orthopedic surgeon. I needed a total knee replacement for years and finally, due to extreme pain, went to see him for this. I was so dreading this surgery knowing that he also had to reconstruct my knee. My surgery went without a hitch thanks to Dr Traina and his assistant Andrew. I used a walker for a few days and then cane for a few days and between him and my fantastic physical therapist, I healed so quickly. He's the best by far.

I had a total knee replacement and it was nothing but problematic the whole time. Upon each follow up, I would let him know of my continued pain and swelling but he brushed it off saying my knee was perfect. It is nothing but perfect as a second opinion says my replacement is failing and needs revision surgery. It hasn't even been 2 years. Doctor was not caring or sympathetic to my situation and told me if I wasn't happy with my results then he couln't do anything about it!
